Needs urgent update
Way too glitchy. Won’t let me log on with Face ID anymore - others too.
Not fit for purpose
As an app designed to assist people using the NDIS, you would think that it would be fully accessible for people who use screen reading software like VoiceOver. It isn’t. So many of the crucial buttons, like the arrows you need to press to approve invoices, don’t exist for VoiceOver users. What a shame.

Unable to see Available Shifts,
It’s super glitchy and for past 2 months I have not been able to view our participants available shifts, it says they are there but when I log in, I can’t not view them to pick up extra work. It’s long overdue for an app update too!

Always can't login and having so many issues. If your company didn't test the app, don't publish to market.

Bug issues
Please fix this app, constant log in issues saying I’m offline. I’m having to delete and redownload the app.
Keep crashing
Rubbish app , keep crashing all the time i have to uninstalled and reinstalled every time i sign in and out very annoying

Don’t purchase this for your business. It is an absolute nightmare for users. The app is clunky, full of bugs. Will not allow users to reset their passwords so that they can retrieve vital information. Hate it hate it hate it!

This is by FAR the most useless app I’ve ever had the displeasure of being made to install. There is nothing but constant bugs with this app, and the only way to fix is reinstall. This App is GENUINELY that bad, it makes me want to get a job with a company that doesn’t use this App so I can delete it forever. If I could rate lower than one star, believe me I would. Progress notes don’t save.
Ongoing issues with documentation/notes not saving completely. Even after app states saved successfully. Most frustrating. Have tried everything. Documenting is critical for both staff and our clients but finding this app a real headache.
App not working properly
Very disappointed! Been having trouble lately with my shifts. Can't see future shifts and can't save shift notes! Its been a week already! Can you pls fix it
Constant logging in each time, and no refresh
I have to login with password each time I have to open the app, even after I just signed in. Also the update does not come though when you are in the app, and there is no way to refresh while in the app, you have to manually exit out then sign in again with password to get the updated shifts or changes. Very frustrating to do. Please fix this issue

Poor functionality
This app is always glitching, timesout and the latest update with the calendar up the top, currently does not let me view my past shifts.
Unfortunately as my workplace uses this app I have no option but to continue using it too.

Have a contestant notification in the app but doesn’t go away even after restarting.
