App crashes
App crashes the second it opens. Is anyone going to fix it? Real estates expect us to use it for maintenance and other things, but it doesn’t work.

Ngawai Tai Rakena is now to go on new lease as from 17/4/24 but it has as yet not being amended
Kiri has submitted her vacating 31/Redwood Ave Hampton park some time back to the property manager.
Ngawai Tai Rakena was asked to submit her I.D. In which she has done as well

Never see such a bad app
UI is totally broken, nothing is intuitive, you create a repair ticket and can find it back. Thinking that people pay for that is terrible
Poor design. Made by amateur developers
While making an update to an existing maintenance request i.e. adding an additional photo to show water damage it deleted my previous photos. Basic stuff. Do some QA before releasing features.
App shuts down and won’t reopen
Every time I need to request a maintenance issue I can only upload one maintenance issue, as soon as I hit submit the app shuts down, kicks me out and I physically cannot get the app to open again.
Reported the issue got told to uninstall and reinstall app did this was allowed access to see rental payments pay water bills but as soon as I try to send a maintenance request again the whole system shuts down and will not respond, physically will not open.
Over not being able to send a maintenance request without having to seek support to fix the issue.
Worst app I have ever used via realestate agents.

Takes money from your personal account ,calls it bank charges, don’t use this for payments

Can’t even open it any more, let alone report maintenance etc… can only assume they have shutdown completely

Impossible to turn off email notifications. Why would I want two emails each week reminding me of my rent that I have set to be paid automatically. Bloatware garbage
Useless app
Open the app once and cannot get back into it again. Have to delete the app entirely and download again every time. Cannot upload stored pictures for maintenance requests. It wants access to your camera and pictures must be taken at the time your submitting the request otherwise you cannot proceed any further.

The app is not easy to use and can only be used once before it bugs and refuses to reopen
Not user friendly
Very hard to use. Not user friendly at all. I can’t understand what was the reason my rental provider switched to this. Communicating with e-mails is way better than this.
No longer launches
Can’t open the app anymore without it immediately crashing. Have restarted, reinstalled, updated OS, done a handstand. Less than ideal.

$2 fee per transaction. Can’t pay late fees so they accumulate
An app to waste tenant time
This app turns the simplest of tasks into a superhuman exercise in patience and self-control. Utterly frustrating. Simple tasks become major time investments. Requires re-installation after / in the midst of every single task!
Can’t make a payment
The app seemed to be okay before ,a bit clunky but working now there is no way for me to pay my rent other than to pay next week‘s rent as well together. Why can’t I make a simple payment? If it direct debit failed today? Why can’t I make a payment today for the amount of the rent? Why does it have to be next week’s rent as well? This is insane. Return the app to how it was before thanks.

I’m not sure if this app is just not meant to be used on a phone but I cannot get it to work on mine!

I do not have a computer so can’t do anything!
It asks you to check a box near signature panel but there is no box! So can’t submit the form.
