Unable to drill down to one location
I have set my location to a specific city, state, country, and used the feature on the app to select a specific location where my pet went missing, but it keeps giving me pets in my whole state (not just in my city), and in surrounding states as well. So frustrating! In order to look at found pets, I have to scroll through pets in other states and try to find those in my state and city through the melee. There is no setting I can find to always go to my selected location. And if I am out of state, it will show me pets where I am instead of where I want to look. Poorly designed.

Suspended my account
My cat has been missing since Monday, and out of desperation, I downloaded this app to try and find her. After hurriedly writing my report and filling in the details, I was notified that my account was on hold and was being reviewed. Nothing about my report was inappropriate or in the least bit rude. Now I’m back to square 1, hoping someone just happens to find her.
This app also charges you to make your report more “visible” to other users, something that shouldn’t even be behind a paywall. If the developers of this app were truly dedicated to helping owners and their best friends reunite, they wouldn’t charge you to make your report more visible.

The cost to use the app is insane. I am just trying to help an owner be reunited with their pet. There are so many free option out there.

Full of bugs and not useful (and used) for Canadian.
Unauthorized charge.
I canceled the free week that same day and they charged my card anyways. It clearly shows that I already canceled and they charged my card days before it renews. Now I can access the app!! Sounds phish to me.

This app makes you pay $8 a week for a greater chance to have your lost pet post visible in the search results, capitalizing on the utter misery of pet owners everywhere. Completely disgusting. I’m going to recreate this app and charge absolutely nothing forever, because that’s the only way it should be. Not capitalizing on people experiencing hard times… what a concept!!!!

Esmè was located within 12 Hours!
It’s obvious that this app is followed closely! I got a phone call twelve hours after I posted that he was missing. He’s an indoor cat who goes outside in our gated property and must have escaped and wandered into a neighbor’s home. I got a call and as I’m disabled, he was returned by kind neighbors. My thanks to all!!

App is not updating
The app sends notifications about new missing or found pets but does not show correct info when i open the app. Also all missing and found pet info is not current as it shows only pets lost for a long time and not recent. Hopefully you can fix this issue soon, as these kind of apps are needed to help pet owners find there lis animals.
