The worst app ever made.
Tried and Tried but no ID
I had this before and it was great. I got a new DL and cannot get the app to work now. I have deleted it and redownloaded it multiple times, but it still does not work. I have contacted for assistance, but they were no help.
Will not complete facial scanning.
I’ve done it correctly every time and it still says I’m doing it wrong.
Cannot login
I’ve had this app for a couple of years but rarely use it. The other night I left the house for the hospital with just my phone. When opened the app for my id, it couldn’t verify my phone. The phone that was logged in a verified for years. Good concept if it actually worked
Can’t read new licenses
New license format has existed long enough that this app should be able to recognize them. And yes, I already went to the DPS and confirmed that my barcode was working and readable. It’s silly that MS pays someone to run an app that can’t read MS drivers licenses.
I waited 10 months after getting my license to post a negative review. And this app still doesn’t work.
If your license is from before the new format came out, it seems to work fine. My friends are able to use it with their old licenses.

Possibly the worst app you could download
Can’t even get passed the login. Made it all the way to the end and it said an error occurred which put me at the very beginning. I’ve restarted the process 5 times now. Don’t download this app.
Can’t scan back of drivers license
I have a Mississippi Drivers license which I renewed in January. I purchased an Apple IPhone 16 as I began the process I was able to scan front side of DL tried to scan the back side and it didn’t scan. I’ve tried everything I was ask through chat room but nothing work. Something has to be wrong with the app.

Unable to scan the back of ID no matter what you do, go online to try and find a solution and it’s just people complaining about the same thing and saying the customer service is even worse.

This app is terrible. It will not scan the new MS DL and the support from the developer is a joke. Typical Government inefficiency. Deserves a -5* rating.
App can’t read back of ID
I’ve scanned the front of my ID with no problem. However, I’ve tried over 40 times now in different light and trying different distances, angles, etc. No luck scanning the back of the ID. So I can’t use the app. Worthless if it can’t read the ID. I’ve tried inside under different lights, outside at different times of day and dusk. Nothing works.

Worthless for Updated Tech
Took forever to get it compatible with iPhone 14. Now, I can’t use it because it’s not compatible with iPhone 17! Updates are a joke! Useless if you use modern technology’s
