Garbage
This app completely just does not work.

One star because zero wasn’t an option
The Mississippi Mobile ID app is a perfect example of a promising idea that was rendered completely unless be poor execution - a poor product - and empty promises by bureaucrats and politicians.
If the verification system cannot reliably recognize the person whose identity the state of Mississippi has already verified and licensed, then the app fails at its most basic function. What makes this frustrating (and sad for taxpayers) is that this is not some experimental game or novelty app.
This is an application associated with an essential function of state government. Mississippians deserve and should reasonably expect something bearing the State of Mississippi’s name to have been more throughly tested and capable of performing its core function reliably before being released to the public
This app is not fit for the purpose it was designed for. Taxpayers of Mississippi deserve better.

Not Easy to use
I tired 4 times to get it downloaded. The face parts make no sense. That is ok. I use my driver license to show. This app not friendly at all.

Will not scan back
This will not scan the back of the license. After I don’t know how many attempts I give up.
