App is junk

I have been trying to use the app when I get gas in Pine Bluff Ar and it never has worked. I buy 2 tanks of gas a week and I have not been able to get the .10 cents off that’s advertised on every pump and talked about all over the app. If I didn’t work right beside the store I would drive the 5 miles to Walmart and get my gas there because I have always got my discount from their app.

Shower Credits!

please stop removing my saved shower credits, I had way more than what is currently displayed on my account. I will be calling corporate to get this situation handled and get my shower credits refunded back to my account.

New drink deal is stingy

OTR drivers who buy platinum or diamond level Fuel deserve free drinks throughout the month or at least an automatic drink for every 50-100 gallons.

Good app

This is very nice. I like to option to check to see availability of showers available. Also like the deals Loves has on snacks and drinks

It also provides real-time fuel prices and access to customer service.

How can I use the Mobile Shower Check-In feature?

To use Mobile Shower Check-In, you must be on-site at a Love's Travel Stop with showers. Tap the 'Shower Check In' button on the app's home or store details screen. Once your location is confirmed, commercial drivers can complete the transaction using their Love's Rewards shower credits or points. You can also check busy times at other locations to plan ahead.

Is the Love's Connect app free to use?

What are the benefits of the Love's Rewards program through the app?

The app allows both professional and casual drivers to earn points on fuel and merchandise purchases. You can scan your Love's Rewards barcode in-store to earn points on every trip and then spend those points like cash. Digital receipts for all transactions are also available within the app.

Can I find nearby Love's locations and get directions?

Yes, the app can find the nearest Love's Travel Stops, RV Stops, and Country Stores based on your current location, city, state, or zip code.
