One Unhappy customer
I have had the Pilot app for years now. All of a sudden, gas rewards were not working.
When I went in store to ask about what the problem was, they said I would have to download the new app to get the rewards. When I went to the App Store, it said I couldn’t download the app because I needed to update my phone. Corporate said the same thing to me when I called.
The company does not seem to care about losing their faithful customers. They have lost my business because I am not going to be pushed into a corner and made to do something with my phone that I do not want to do. Besides, all the reviews seem to be saying the same negative things about this new app. Why would I be inclined to jump through all the hoops only to get a worse experience. Wish I could still use the older App and Flying J / Pilot’s rewards and gas stations exclusively like I used to.

Update is trash can’t reserve shower can pump fuel through app or reserve parking
Fueling Fast
The App update is Nice, However the GPS feature does not work as fast as other Apps. It takes about a Minute to Locate your Position. Other than that it’s Great!
It used to be much better
This app was a lot better even just a year ago. This lady update is very inefficient, problematic and crashes often. Mobile fueling is now impossible. As time passes flying j is making themselves the bad guy.
