Fuel prices always wrong
This app has screwed me over so many times I have went out of my way to get fuel at a certain price more times than I can remember I get there and it’s way off and I called customer service and they just basically tell you to screw off. There’s nothing they can do for you. They don’t care about all the time you spent driving all the way to get the wrong fuel price. They see the transaction they see the price difference in how it’s wrong from the app to what it actually paid. Thank you at minimum and a few dollars in point for the 50 or $60 extra dollars you spent but no, they just don’t care after you buy thousands of gallons of fuel from them every month

I lost my old reward card and was worried about the points fortunately no one find it and when I called to activate the new one the lady at customer service was so professional and helpful she transferred my previous points to the new account and put my new card on the application so fast and well spoken I thank her service and professionally

Updates suck
After the new updated app. I can never get screen to load passed the red with white p icon screen. If I am lucky minutes later, I can’t get my offers to load. I can never place order online, either app or tablet at stores always down. App want locate me at the store or load to redeem. So what’s the purpose of wasting my data to keep updating???and reloading app. I clean installed after deleting the app, same issues. Please fix this. I’ll need the app later this week when traveling for my son’s surgery to use ….8-30-26

Mid Considering Necessity
Between having to use the map in order to get the app to recognize the fuel island location for diesel orders despite the lack of any indication for the need of such ritual, and parking nearly never being enforced despite the sale of prime parking reservations thru the app, there is room for improvement.

Je ne peut pas ajouter ma carte de crédit j’ai appelé et on ne peut pas m’aider. J’ai tout fait ce qu’on m’as dit et ça ne fonctionne pas. De plus maintenant on ne peut plus avoir la facture papier pour se faire rembourser par notre compagnie.
