Slow and glitchy
I have been using the pilot app for years. But so far this newer updates, It seems like it is more glitchy and when you try to zoomed in thru the app?so you can see what is the road .. it takes a long time and it lags so much. The older versions is working wayyyyy better that this please fix this issue.

There’s bug in the app, but like everything else it just takes time to fix. Overall it’s a good app just be nice if the ONE 9 would get in gear and get the app working as well, and town pumps in Montana

Very poor coding quality.
1. app lock GPS signal very slowly. So you can not start fueling or ordering shower immediately upon arrival.
2. too many options in app which are useless.
3. no way to cancel once ordered shower.
4. Again, GPS lock works very very slow. Much worse than it was before.

Broken and won’t open
I have deleted and reinstalled twice now and the second time I go to open the app it just won’t open and immediately crashes every time. Even after the latest update it is still doing this. You are better than this Pilot. Get the app developer to fix it. I’m a truck driver and could really use this app.

Rewards activate failed
This new app update sucks. I activated gas rewards every month but for last couple of months I paid same price and I let

bloated, fails and slow
This app is way too bloated and too involved, keep it simple! Contacts a dozen or more different servers, loads all sorts of different unneeded things, is bogged down even on flagship devices. We dont need all the silly and goofy animations and all the underlying garbage. Downsize, and write efficient code. No integrating all these other companies into the mix. Stop using unnecessary features that boot off customers. Just keep it simple. It is like you prefer 3rd party companies, bloated, bogged down, and inefficient code, over customers. Who you serve? Look what you lose to have what you gain. Again, keep it simple. This app should load quickly, seamlessly, rarely need reinstalled, and focused on core functionality not all the third parties, fancy animations, etc. And loosen the GPS fix requirements too, i see many complaining about that. Apple conserves power and doesnt continually run GPS, only for a little while asked for a fix, and it often isnt accurate. We have to open a maps app, something that uses GPS continually, to have it get a good fix, then go back to the other app. So just loosen the requirements, you know, think this stuff thru. Not frustrate those in your parking lot or even inside the store with all the walls messing the signal telling user they arent at a pilot.

The one thing I use the app for doesn’t work. I only ever use the app for shower and for the last 6 months of so I haven’t been able to use it I actively try not to go to a pilot or flying j for that reason

This app always has some very stupid bugs and glitches, not showing price of fuel, not letting you login, crashing on login screen, barcodes not working, this app just needs better developers to actually fix it, because whoever's doing it now should go play tetris or whatever, and never touch code ever again in their life.

Gives me all the info i need before going into the station. If only i could remember my pump.
Update issues
This app was perfect 4 years ago, ever since the update, the app is complicated, you can’t see the shower availability, everything is needs to be searched, someone tell the engineers to bring it back to what it used to be
I don’t like the new app
I want to see the price of fuel when I open the app. That is no longer there. The rewards are the same but no longer have accumulated points and it doesn’t tell me how much I’ve saved. I primarily use Pilot regardless but I hate the new app.

It’s crazy that such a huge number of iPhone users are still on iOS versions below 18, yet they’ve decided to drop support for all of them. That’s honestly unbelievable.
