This trip the bathrooms were not well attended. Lacking cleaning and paper seaters shields. I only go to Pilot on my trips. Please keep it up as I always tell people to use pilot as the bathrooms are always clean. Maryland-Ohio trip

Only works 50% of the time
Sadly this app only works about 50% of the time. Today it’s not working. Can’t even get into it. When it’s working, not bad, but this iteration is not dependable.

Old way was easier
I’ve had this card now for many years. I was driving a semi-truck for Crete Carrier Corp. then went back to my job on the Santa Fe/BNSF Railway. At some point my fuel card I had with Crete was converted, I’m not even sure how to this regular discount card. Within a few years I retired from both trucking and railroading and bought a small RV Camper van. So I guess your company sent me an offer to apply for a RV fuel discount card. We traveled a lot back then so I used it quite a bit. Partly because I knew Flying J & Pilot stations were safe and clean and restaurants were good meals, especially for my wife.
The old card was real easy to use compared to this new system. I know you have to have a lot better security but it was really hard for this 79 year old man to get signed in. I kept having the 6 digit code resend. I finally got in, I think?
I hope I can get the discount now.
