Unfortunately I can put in the needed information faster than the app can open with the location of the fuel stop I’m currently using. If loves can do it correctly I see no reason why pilot/ flying j can’t do the same.

FIX THE APP ASAP!!!
Hey! As a truck driver I really love this app. However the one thing is driving me crazy!!! When I pull up at the gas station and try to pay for the fuel through the app, it takes forever. It says “Head to a Pilot to get started” when I am already at the pump and ready!!! I don’t know if it is about location thing, but most of the time the app says that message above. So please fix that!!! It really irritates.

Parking
This parking configuration is so bad that it’s almost impossible to back in
In accurate gas prices
Quite frequently I will use the app to check gas when traveling and I will see a gas price I like. Then I get to the gas station and it is often higher. Today + $0.20 / gal. They do not honor app gas prices if lower and still visible on app, wasting my time. I continue to enjoy the $.10 off discount when prices are competitive. Most in store discounts do not intrigue me as most of the food is unhealthy.

Absolutely ridiculous and frustrating how unreliable the new update is. As a truck driver who only fuels at their location and is dependent on this app on a daily, you would think as time goes on, service would improve but no not on this side. They’re not even minor bugs, the whole update is flawed.

Only downside….
I wish the app discount would work at the pump. We always choose Loves over Pilot because we can pay at the pump and get the discount, instead of having to go in to the counter and pre-pay!

My having an older phone the App won’t let me continue to keep/use the old version which I loved and used all the time! This stinks as I love your stations as I travel!!
GPS
The GPS location in this app is terrible. It frequently fails to recognize that I’m at a Pilot truck stop, so I can’t use mobile fueling or purchase a shower through the app. These are the main reasons I use the app, and they simply don’t work reliably. Very disappointing. Please fix the GPS issue—it has been a major inconvenience.

Update 7/10/26! This finally works!!! PLEASE LEAVE IT ALONE!!! Don’t change anything else…for a change!
This app has been getting worse and worse. It’s been a nightmare to get it to work for the last couple months but now is completely useless. Crashes every time after putting in my mileage. I quit counting at $50 but I guarantee I’ve lost over $100 worth of points in the last year.

Lousy update to the app not allowing one to run it on their current Apple OS’s…
Angry that they ‘fixed the app’ not to work with one’s current Apple device OS. To be able to open the app, it says I must update to a newer operating system on the phone. If I do that, then I have to update the operating system on my computer. And doing that my current two printers and two scanners may no longer work. So I am very angry with these updates!!!

Guess what?
Filled out my card and registered the app on site. I purchased $112.03 worth of diesel fuel/food/gallon of water, pizza and coffee. The cashier says I can’t use it with my first purchase. Like huh?, what?!
Then she asks me do I want a receipt..of course, so I can use the app to get my credit. But the app doesn’t work.
I entered all the receipt info twice because when you select retrieve info it gives and an error that it can’t. So I enter it again and scanned the bar code, same issue.
It did this for both receipts then the app says I can not enter anymore receipts til next month at the point I’m heated….so yeah I’d say it’s garbage. I deleted it and will avoid PILOT locations from now on.

There’s a bit of a learning curve with the user interface, but once you get used to it, everything’s pretty cut and dry, and the discounts are better than Love’s
