Please, if it’s possible to take a shower for team in app. Maybe add the switch so that you can take 2 showers at once

The app keeps giving me an error screen that prevents signing in/ signing up for the Loves rewards.

Excellent
Easy to use. Everything I need is quick to access and routing to any location is simple. I can check my points and accesses all the features effortlessly. Fantastic app, grateful to have it. I highly recommend getting and using the app.
Not Scammer like Pilot
You don’t have to activate rewards from your app. You will be straight getting 4 cents from the beginning of the month if you have already achieved Fuel target last month, they have a heart.
Clunky
Hard to access diesel fuel prices compared to Pilot.
Cheated on gas points
I spent $6000 a month on gas and I’m not getting no gas points. I’m going to flying J

I got this app a while ago had myself a regular rewards card for a non-commercial and then upgraded to a commercial one and the app won’t let me change it

Poor design
We pulled up at Loves at NWQ of I 55 & hwy 35 in Batesville LA to get gas.
Tried to assess pkg lot from road. We are driving a 37ft motor home towing a jeep. We tried to pull up to pump but could not get forward enough as they were cleaning pkg spaces. Then we tried to get out and the drive thru lane of McD’s is across the exit lane. A nice man came out and tried to help us. At this time we are blocking 6 pkg spaces of folks in store. People are yelling at us. I finally got out and asked a man in drive thru to move. Then we carefully navigated a stipid loop around pumps to get out. One way in and out.
Instead of buying 70 gals of gas from Loves (where we always stop) we had to go next door to a tiny Spirit station. We were not able to use our Loves discount on a huge purchase and killed almost an hour working all this out.
This is the worse Loves we ever stopped at.

Pointless.
Rewards on app doesn’t work 98% of the time. It constantly closes. Doesn’t load. Disappointed. Waste of time.
LET PEOPLE SCHEDULE A SHOWER!!!
App has a shower “check in” basically schedule a shower, BUT you have to be on site to do this?!
Nice app. Sometimes a very painful experience to use. Good that it shows the nearby stations. It’s a travel app; so why get a “no stations nearby” if you are trying to schedule a shower up the road? Traveling, Tired, want a shower at the last stop! Just let me book the first time!!! Seriously? Just 47 miles up the road!!!!
Filling up? Too many stations with scanners not working properly. Yes, I neglected to just use my phone number a couple times. Hit the wrong button once resulting in another card error. Scanner likes to trigger” card pay” app on phone resulting in too many attempts and declines my card.

My go to App for diesel fuel. I travel about 8000 miles every summer and every little bit of savings at the pump help out.

No points so far
Maybe it’s user error but so far the scanner didn’t work on the pump and it wouldn’t allow me to enter my phone number.
If you start fueling and go inside to scan for the points, it’s too late.
Also, the sales clerks don’t ask if you have rewards and again, you can’t collect points once the transaction starts.
There should be a way to enter a validation number from the receipt to collect the points.
I like how the app tells you where the nearest Loves is but it would be helpful if there was a map indicating which direction to go so I know if it’s behind me or in the direction I’m going.
Hopefully, once I’m able to figure out how to start earning points for every $100+ fill up, I’ll revisit the star rating.

Scammers
Deleted the app and will never visit a loves again! Paid 18$ for a shower and it said 45 minutes to an hour. Waited in my truck and went back in a hour later to find out it was calling number after mine. I go to the cashier and told him I missed my shower and he said he couldn’t put me back in the queue unless I purchased another shower. I walked out saying woooow!

Poor app lately
I used to love this app. Lately I never get my fuel rewards and hardly ever does Loves reward professional drivers with free stuff or recognize us. They rarely update their app with discounted items for users. Pilot stores do a way better job.
No option to link card
There is absolutely no way to link a physical card. I called support and they hung up on me.
