App is useless
Can’t add a payment method, can’t add the barcode to my Wallet so what’s the point?

I wouldn’t suggest using it for anything other than the fuel discount. Multiple times I’ve been charged only to get a popup saying “we’ve encountered an issue” and then money being held for weeks
Options
We are full timers and when we are in need of fuel and rest, if there is any Loves near we try to fit in them but most times we don’t know till get there and when we can’t fit, we have to explain why. So, if there was a setting that allows you to put in sizes of you RV and tow to better help you search for just those that are long enough. We are 45’ RV with a Dually to add to length. So if the app would have a setting you can put on your profile, to put info like that, it would only show you the ones you will not have issue getting in. We look on Google, as the app doesn’t help much with driving in and turn radius to get into some of these spots. NO, not every RV has same turn, YES, my husband knows how to drive, been doing this for over 13 years. Just a suggestion.

Poor Functionality
Seems that any of the tasks I attempt to complete such as verify phone number, verify email, retrieve points values, link third party accounts. All are met with error, unable to complete, try again later
Works - except
The app does not work from the pump and you must go inside to prepay and get the fuel discount. Hope that gets fixed soon.
Face ID
I clicked on Face ID and it takes me too location . Can’t see how you turn on Face ID from location.

It says it gives you $.25 but only in fact gives you $.10 off
AI is no help and doom loop app
The application has no concept or awareness of the horrible doom loop that it put you in if you try to change the password. The iOS app doesn’t recognize or coordinate with the third-party website where the passwords are changed. It never connects the two it should not take 15 minutes to reset a password. Have to manually connect all the parts because their app doesn’t work properly.

No way to switch your acct to professional. Need to call or text someone but they are not open on the weekends. App needs a way to do this.

Good discount
The discount on fuel is very good and all the sites I’ve visited have been clean and friendly. I have been to a lot of Loves locations and they are consistent across the board. I rarely do snacks or soft drinks, but the coffee is always good.plus, all the newer locations have plenty of restrooms and they’re kept clean. I really appreciate the “open/occupied “on the toilet stalls.

Why do I not have the death rewards when everybody else does simply because you know I use def that is sneaky and underhanded everybody else’s Loves has got a bonus for the death this month and you still got me on the $20 purchase to get any kind of reward and that’s not right so this app is trash
