App is junk
I have been trying to use the app when I get gas in Pine Bluff Ar and it never has worked. I buy 2 tanks of gas a week and I have not been able to get the .10 cents off that’s advertised on every pump and talked about all over the app. If I didn’t work right beside the store I would drive the 5 miles to Walmart and get my gas there because I have always got my discount from their app.

Shower Credits!
please stop removing my saved shower credits, I had way more than what is currently displayed on my account. I will be calling corporate to get this situation handled and get my shower credits refunded back to my account.
New drink deal is stingy
OTR drivers who buy platinum or diamond level Fuel deserve free drinks throughout the month or at least an automatic drink for every 50-100 gallons.
Good app
This is very nice. I like to option to check to see availability of showers available. Also like the deals Loves has on snacks and drinks
One stop shop
Great place and has just about everything a truck driver could possibly need
New
No free drinks anymore that’s why I fuel 98 percent of the time
I’ll start get my fuel other places
I’ll start get my fuel other places
App won't open
I've been trying to figure this issue out for months, I've done every kind of reset and update and every solution I could find to fix it, but I still can't open the damn app. I click the app, it looks like it's going to open for half a second and then crashes to the home screen, every time. Online, offline, doesn't matter. It worked great until it started doing this, now it's literally not useable.

No pay to fuel option
This app does not offer pay for fuel option to activate a pump without going inside which sucks majorly. Rewards can only go to items instead of Gas.
App stopped working
Beginning with update 25.0.0, the app completely stopped working. I’ve tried all known remedies with no success. There were zero problems or issues until update 25.0.0.
Got Water in tank at the Combes Texas location a few months ago
I got water in my fuel tank in Combes location, had in to removed tank, replace fuel pump with filter, clean injectors, flush fuel line. Reported it the problem, to the manager, next thing they change the manager and it under the table ( covered).
No
No
Just ok
Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t. I noticed you’ll get credit for certain purchases. Another thing it doesn’t really explain the rewards in detail and how to redeem them
App crashes
App crashes when you open it on iphone, tried reinstalling, doesn’t work.
Clean Showers
Clean hot showers, easy to reserve, clean towel and wash rag neatly folded. The 15 mins felt a little short for time, but still felt great after camping for several days thx.
Update
App said I needed to update to be able to use it, so I updated. Now it will not even open. It closes on the load screen
Broken
It used to work great. Now it crashes and won’t even open.
Does not work
Does not send the email to reset your password, so it's useless. (Yes, I checked the spam folder. It's never there.)
iPad version doesn’t work
I have this app on my iPad & iPhone. It works fine on my iPhone but when I try to open it on my iPad it immediately shuts down. The iPad has the updated iOS installed.
Broken app
Downloaded loves app and as soon as I click to open it immediately closes back or crashes not sure which at this point. Even tried deleting and reinstalling, still broken so guess won’t be using loves after all
Trash
I travel a lot, the app has been down for 2 weeks. Crashes right after clicking on the app. Still can use the app from my Wallet to get 10 cents off. But no points are being earned either. I’ve missed out on $50 worth oof points just in this short time. I travel ALOT. No one in the stores knows anything about the issue. Total trash. It should not take a month to fix a simple bug like this

Terrible app
App not working. Guest it’s time to switch to pilot. Went to Apple they’re saying you need the latest iOS but issue is my phone is to old to update. So I’m going to have to purchase a new phone now if I want to continue using Loves 👎🏽
