Absolutely the worst
Have tried over and over to get it to work but the camera will not focus. Have tried multiple iPhones and it will not scan the ID.
Update helps, but won’t work with Apple Face ID
Is it really that difficult to write an app that works? Today’s update stopped the app from crashing, but did nothing to fix the problem of allowing logging in using Apple’s Face ID. When I go into the settings and select Face ID, I receive a message stating that I have not set up Face ID on my device. Crazy!!!!

The App is useless with iOS 17.
I upgraded to iOS 17 recently. Since then the app quit working. It pretty much crashes when trying to open up. I’ve tried deleting the app and setting up as new and that still didn’t work. I emailed the company who created the app and they have yet to respond.
Does not work.
Went through all the steps about 10 times because the dots forced me too. Then after set up the app just crashes and is not usable. An update is needed.
Frustrating
Took forever to add license, app is flawed when adding. Now with iOS 17 updated, the app just crashes. Not compatible
It crashes from the start
Probably not updated in a long time. Not sure if it is my system or iOS17. The fact of the matter is it crashes from the get-go.
Unusable
Took forever to set up because the id scanner doesn’t allow autofocus, then just crashes every time I try to open the app.
I’m concerned
I’m concerned this app is taking my DL data. The fact that it simply doesn’t open for me anymore is suspicious. Prior, like the other comments state, the app worked poorly. The onboarding process took a long time (multiple try’s) and the usability is terrible.
But now the app doesn’t even open. Randomly. I deleted and reinstalled and still won’t open.
I can only assume the goal of this app it’s to capture user data. Why else would this be provided? It’s not managed and doesn’t do anything.

Can we just use the native Apple wallet?
Apple allows states to opt in for mobile ID. This app crashes and you have to redo the whole verification process. Also it’s pointless if you have to carry your physical ID with you.

The app keeps crashing!! After the latest iPhone update it doesn’t work!!
App broken with iOS 17.0.1 update
App opens but crashes after FaceID auth. Tried removing and re-adding the app with same results.

This, Apple will not work under the new operating system.
This app constantly crashes, and will not photograph correctly in iOS 17. The app immediately crashes every time that the phone tries to use Face ID. This used to be a good app, but apparently they’re not maintaining it. It’s now just freaking garbage.
Too many bugs

2. App tries to sign itself out and back in when looking through items in settings or chatting with the terrible customer service reps.
3. At times I couldn’t see what I was typing to customer service.
4. When taking the front picture of my id it would capture it too fast. Resulting in multiple attempts. When taking a picture of the back of my id it took up to a minute to capture the image.
5. Follow the nose doesn’t track correctly.
Overall the app is half baked. The company doesn’t even have the foresight to realize that iOS 17 was coming out and be ready for it. I am not sure why the DOR just didn’t go through the Apple Wallet. It would be a better experience. The company that made this app should just stick to making debit & credit cards.

It’s glitching
It was working fine until the new update. Hopefully my new id arrives in the mail by tomorrow because the app shuts out soon as i log in 🥺

Useless. Needs to be updated.
Stop Working
This app is pointless. It stopped working after a month. You log in and it closes out. Missouri needs to catch up with other states and use the Apple wallet.
No-go with iOS 17
I updated my phone to the new iOS and this app will now open long enough for me to type in my pin or use Face ID and then it closes.

Could not get to activate. Repeated error codes after face verification. MO needs to get with the program and use apple wallet.
