Time

I get it’s a cheap/more accessible app for rides but having people wait 10-15 mins for drivers to come and usually theyre late and only wait 1 min, I was walking to my ride, less than half a street, they left, I got a ride again times are tough, I was next and they picked up another ride when I scheduled my ride hours ago, got a text “sorry for the delay” only to wait another 20-30 mins after the 10-15 for ANOTHER ride, honestly only use this app when walking is too far or weather is bad, never got a refund or a free ride from waiting MULITPLE times

They don’t even service half of KC.

If you live anywhere other than North KC there’s no service.

So far so good

It’s been a helpful alternative to the bus and Uber/Lyft

Most of the time, rides are delayed or don’t show up, making me late for work. Once, a lady driver pulled up while I was taking my son to daycare. I waved when and she saw me when I got in, she complained that I should have approached her to confirm I was the passenger. She spent the whole ride scolding me, and honestly, she could have just left me. It was really unprofessional.

The best drivers!

I ride Iris off and on for work and running errands- the drivers are on time for the most part, and if running late you will receive a text. Sometimes there are multiple riders, but hey- it’s $3.
