DO NOT RELY ON THIS APP

I used this app for a while which seemed to work out at first but then turned into me being late to work for a week straight. I set a time for when I need picked up like a day earlier and the drivers somehow manage to be over an hour late. They spend so much money on this app yet the don’t seem to update my bugs or driver algorithm because tracking the driver is always buggy. When you get picked sometimes they pick up and drop off other people after picking me up? What the hell kinda system. Do not download it is a waste of time and money!!!!!!

You will be late

They have some really great drivers. Unfortunately between the app, dispatch and management they are running it into the ground. The app has bugs all over like not accepting addresses in their window. The million dollar programs “algorithm” for speed and efficiency by selecting driver based on the drivers location around you and setting routes that can make other stops along the trips should be charged with fraud. When you let dispatch know they tell you that Johnson county paid a over a million dollars on the program so they’re not going to change it. Apparently Microtransit has no idea the word what efficiency means. Is paying over a million bucks for a program and not have the developer fix the problems you had from day one doesn’t sound efficient. The app can assigns you to a vehicle that hasn’t clocked in yet. When the driver is a no show you wait through your window to call the Philippines looks at the same info you app says and they’ll be here in 10 more minutes. You could repeat that conversation all day but no one is coming unless you get them to transfer you to dispatch. To lie and say we can’t reassign rides you just need to reschedule. They hired a dispatcher who can’t dispatch? Next says you to just reschedule and wait again for a new window? If you say it’s your error, you need to fix it. He says sorry this is a ride share service if you don’t want to wait use another company. Not just a terrible employee but the supervisor at dispatch. When you get someone that does reassign it means they have to reassign all the other rides from the No show to the rest of the drivers. Making everyone late all day. Your ride then drives past you and past your destination for a stop to came back for you. In route cam see your destination as you pass it to pick someone up before dropping you off. Unfortunately you have to do it again to get home. But the poor drivers have it worse. They’re charged fees on top of fees and most have to pay for their own gas the burned with insane routes the algorithm picks. If they call dispatch for a customers number the sot on hold or don’t get answered at all. But If a driver says anything wrong to them next week the driver gets half the normal hours. They loose drivers all the time with that treatment and can’t make a living. Less drivers, more rides, late rides, upset riders, more dispatch calls and keeps getting worse. It went from flat fees of $1.50 a ride last year to $3 or $5 this year. This January they want $5 for the first 5 miles and $2 ever additional. While still being competitively priced but to improve efficiency in faster service!! Seems like a pretty fast and efficient way to go under. Next years rate would only save you $5 the stress and being late is not competitive.

Can’t even use the darn thing

I tried to make an account to get rides to and from work while my car is in the shop. I’ve now made two accounts and neither will let me log in. What is the point of this if you can’t even use it

Very bad service

This app is ridiculous! I got picked up 30minutes late from Sam’s club Lenexa going to Overland Park 5minutes away but I find myself in Olathe because the driver has 2 pickups and 2 drop offs before dropping me off. I call customer service and the person that answers the phone says to me “it’s an estimated time, do you know what estimates are?” I was 5 minutes away from my destination but I’ve been in the car for 40minutes now and it’s not my turn yet.
