Hidden fees and impossible to close
I’m trying to delete my account after the charges of some bank fees hidden.
I give you a bit more... I tried to open a business account and paid 500 euros for receiving a no go because of no explanation.
Never received the 500 euros back.
They open a personal account that no one asked for instead and charged me with fees I never agreed upon. Fine, perhaps is my fault... but I’m trying to delete the account now and the app is faulty on that bit.
Very disappointed, don’t trust this people.

after sign up some african number call me. don't like to see this anymore in app store .
Forced to login every time
After the one week update phase, a relogin is needed every time you open the app. It asks for a pin but after entering you still have to login. Search, refresh etc does not work anymore.
They fixed the crash on X and XS
Although they just disabled biometrics altogether instead of working to make Face ID work but hey we can actually use the app now!

App force closing after a few seconds before PIN can be put in. Also, not sure...is United States excluded? I did not see it in the list of countries.

Setup was straightforward and I managed to scan my passport and be verified in under 5 minutes, so I can confirm it works fine. Free card ordering and delivery. I think it’s early days and app is very simple in design, but let’s see where they go with this.

Pls. request your IT Dept/Digital agency to fix the crash asap for the sake of institutional clients.

ID issue in UK
I tried to up load my ID which is auto scan and they accept Government but not a drivers license ah well show how bad they are by the reviews. There is no way to upload manually and support are not much better. I think they are only thinking what ID they use in the country the app is made and not the rest of the world. Avoid if you are in the UK

App force close
The app keep force closing after 3-4 sec running, sometimes it closes before you even put the pin, please fix it
Wouldn’t scan passport
The app wouldn’t scan my passport, tried for about 10 minutes. Doesn’t even have a manual upload button.
Completely useless, uploading a photo was never an issue before and you managed to make it one. Well done!

Not usable
Rather than just let you take a picture of your documents to upload, you have to try and get the app to auto scan your documents, which doesn’t work, I spent about an hour trying. Contacted support who are unable to help or process uploads manually, so unfortunately I can’t even try it out. Never seen anything like it.
