A cute concept is not even close to a good reason to spend fifty bucks annually or to pay more for weekly by the end of a year! Oh and I deleted it immediately upon reading the “free” versions severe lack of features allows 3000 steps no more a day unless you dig a chunk
Outta that paycheck then someone might b nice and show some support if you need it. Anyway deleted almost the second I opened it bc it was greedier than the reviews could describe.WHATTA SHAME, greed literally Rollins everyone and everything. Not about to let users pay once, they want us to bleed cash.

Hey, thanks for the candid feedback. The free tier has a daily cap on steps that advance journey progress, but MistyWay still records your full step total. Premium removes that journey-progress cap. Good game but issue with tracking all steps

So I have had this game for almost two weeks and I have the premium but the issue I have found is sometimes it won’t track all my steps so I’ll lose out on 200-400 steps which could go towards quests and the whole challenge and I was wondering if there was a way to fix that cause it bothers me a bit but otherwise it’s an amazing and such a beautiful design!

Great idea bad pricing model

This is a well designed app and a great idea but having a yearly subscription at 50 dollars absolutely ridiculous. A one time fee of 50 dollars for permanent access would be pushing it. But 50 dollars every year is just nasty corporate greed. Not everything should be a subscription. There are way too many already. Back in the day you would pay a one time fee for something and then own it. You wouldn’t spend 50 dollars a year to rent a video game. Why in the world do we do it with apps?

What I can offer today: MistyWay stays usable without paying, and one friend can gift another a year of Premium as a single one-time purchase — no auto-renewal on the receiving side. Great App better Develper

I’ve been using it for a while and had a good streak going on the app. Then one day I lost it from a sync issue and the developer went and fixed it in a few hours for me. So that was super nice. I’d recommend the app for anyone.
