Avoid this company
Avoid this property and, more importantly, avoid the company managing it.
This management company demonstrated one of the worst examples of customer service we have experienced. We arrived with six pieces of luggage and made a simple and entirely reasonable request: to leave our bags in the apartment while the cleaning was being completed.
Their initial excuse was that they could not allow it because the cleaning staff was inside and they did not want to assume any risk if something went missing. While inconvenient, that explanation was at least understandable.
Once the cleaner finished and left the apartment, we contacted them again. At that point, their stated concern no longer existed. Nevertheless, they refused a second time for no legitimate reason other than a rigid and indifferent attitude toward their guests.
The situation was made worse by the fact that there are no convenient coffee shops or places nearby where a family can comfortably wait with six large suitcases. We were left standing in the street with all of our belongings, surrounded by homeless individuals, with nowhere reasonable to go.
What is most troubling is not the refusal itself, but the complete lack of empathy and common sense. Any company that values its guests would have shown a minimum level of flexibility and courtesy. Instead, we were treated as if our inconvenience was irrelevant.
Companies like this do not deserve your money. Hospitality is about service, professionalism, and treating customers with respect. In our experience, this management company failed on all three counts.
There are many better options in Madrid run by people who actually understand what customer service means.

Che app orribile
Oltre all’ interfaccia impraticabile non funziona si impalla e bagga toglietela e usate qualcosa di serio al posto di sta cosa

They insist you use the app, it’s full of non functioning pages, poor information and slow for the bits that do work.
Checkin doesn’t work with Romanian id’s
The app still doesn’t work with the new electronic ID’s from romania. They are available for years now but the developer didn’t bother to fix this.
Can’t open the door
First the app has an horrible ux/ui to register people in the flat. Then and the worst we are stuck in front of the door and can’t open. We try to call the service but they couldn’t open also. This is unacceptable

The app gets stuck on the “Validate” screen, I can’t check in. Worst app I’ve used in a long time, it feels like a government app. It’s 2025, 9 year olds can write functional software using AI, it’s embarassing to put a garbage app like this out there.

What do you mean you get my birthday wrong after a mandatory passport scan and then you don’t even let me change it? This is the dumbest app fix ur scanner.
Absolutely terrible
Almost non-functionally bad. Scans your DOB incorrectly and crashes when you try to update it. The idea of giving my personal info to this horrendous app is scary. I can only imagine how my personal data is being mismanaged by this disaster of a company.

Very poor check-in flow, also no information about the flat we’ve booked after doing the check-in.
Be good if it always worked
Garbage soon- can take over 10 attempts to open the door. Have been stuck outside the building with 5+ others all trying to unsuccessfully open the door - lucky somebody turned up with a physical key
App doesn’ t recognize romanian id’s
If you are European and don’ t have a passport you can’ t checkin to you accomodation. Terrible app.
Makes no sense to have to download an app to check-in
I have used Airbnb a lot and never had to do this to check-in. Makes no sense

Awful app, doesnt work well, the amount of hoops you need to jump through before you can even get PERMISSION to get through the front door is ridiculous. Invented and approved by authoritarian imbeciles
Worked perfectly
Before going on holiday, my friends and I saw the app, the reviews, and the slightly broken English in the sign up process, and thought we where going to get scammed. HOWEVER, I cannot stress enough how smoothly everything worked. I can also happily report, we where not scammed. Works perfectly.

The system dont work and the door cant be opened
The door dont open for me or my husband, this system is horrible. We got 3 small kids.
