Easy, Convenient, Very Good
Had no issues with the app. Followed all the check in instructions via email prior and had the app all set up.
We arrived and opened the app, clicked the key and the hotel door opened. No check in needed and went right to the room and the same thing. We were in our rooms within 2 minutes of arriving at the hotel.
When it came time to checkout, we clicked checkout on the app and walked out.

Check in is extremely complicated. We stood in the hallway half an hour trying to figure it out.
App útil e intuitiva
Con un menú muy intuitivo y con el que poder ver los diferentes servicios que ofrecen. Funciona muy rápido y me ha ayudado a tener centralizado el acceso a info muy útil sobre la ciudad y la empresa, muy bien!!
