Poor app
This app lacks all the “modern” amenities you’d expect from an app in 2025. You can’t log in, so you can’t save your info. Each time you buy tickets, you have to enter all your information all over again, and it doesn’t use the auto populate function. It’s very frustrating. And the fee is $3 per transaction. Definitely could use an update.

Never works
This app never works correctly! I bought 3 x the tickets I needed because it kept giving me an error and offered me to cancel my reservation, which I did. Surprise, I eventually received 3 emails that I purchased 5 tickets each!!!
App not finishing purchase
Twice I tried ordering tickets for myself and granddaughters. It just kept cycling, not purchase complete or anything. I backed out ( click arrow) to start over. Frustrated so I stopped and would try next morning. I was going through my emails, both attempts showed purchase. Grrr I don’t need 6 tickets, just 3. NO place to cancel transaction . Hopefully they can help at cinema. If not, I will NEVER preorder through app again.

Bad App
No account to sign into. Once you buy ticket's, if you close the app, then you cannot prove or bring up tickets you bought.
Outrageous added booking fee
A 30% booking fee fee is ridiculous.
Doesn’t work
I bought tickets to a movie and the app hung as soon as they charged my card but never gave me a bar code to scan at the movie. It was much easier just going on the theatre’s website before than using this app now.
Crappy App lose money
After purchasing tickets and choosing save to photos app completely shuts down. No way to go back in and check purchases or delete errored purchase
Also once you create a profile there is no way of editing anything. My profile ended up with wrong theater which I did not notice until I showed up at the theater and tickets were no good. Have tried to change theater without success. Lost ticket money because of this crap app.
