Open and close it enough times….

If you keep opening and closing and reopening the app it’ll finally work. Sometimes.

Updated all my devices to iOS 14, it broke the app.

App is broken can’t control my AC any more, says no connection and unable to connect.

Need names

Would be great if we could see the names of zones. Can’t really use this in current state.

What happened

Seems like they were going to come out with this app for us commercial uses but then they never updated it again. Would be great to be able to control indoor units when we’re not on premise. This app would’ve been perfect for that. Doesn’t give the name of the indoor units So if you have many indoor units you will never be able to know which one you’re trying to control. Also doesn’t tell you if the unit is on or off just what temperature to set to.

Great potential- wish someone would fix

There are some easy fixes here, as the previous reviewer has noted. Mitsubishi has made 70% of the effort; 80% would make this a great app and a real boon to us ag-150 users. I hope someone is listening.

I wish you can have a minus 5 star

It's the worst app ever, and after spending so money on the system, so I should be able to control it remotely, I can't get to save name the unit/zones names, I contacted Mitsubishi via email and phone and never got a respond.
Horrible.

Waste of data

Absolutely horrific interface.

Needs work

This app was impossible to configure without assistance from Mitsubishi over the phone. Very counter-intuitive. Using it with the AG-150 and it’s working… sort of.

Sometimes the app gets out of sync with the AG-150 and that can be very frustrating because there is no way to tell they are out of sync because it doesn’t give an error or correct itself.

In addition there is no way to tell when the units are actually running (i.e.: cooling or heating) you can only tell if they are set to run. So if the set temp is 72 and the room temp is 74 the UI doesn’t show anything differently than if the set them is 72 and the room temp is 60… this is unfortunate because the multi-citi hardware is variable speed compressor/coolant and fan… lots of opportunity to show how things are running but they haven’t done it.

Also would be useful to see historical data.

Lots of opportunity but clearly no one is updating this software. :(

Absolutely hate Mitsubishi City with the GB-24 wireless controller and this lousy written MeZo app

We thought we would get a very efficient new heating/cooling system with the Mitsubishi City Multi Heating and Cooling system. Wrong! The technology is basically too new and untested. We have a GB-24 wireless controller which requires one dedicated stationary computer or iPhone MeZo app. Wish we would have used a regular forced air system instead...much cheaper and much less stress! Imagine you need to purchase a dedicated computer; just to operate your heating and cooling! You cannot use this dedicated computer for anything else...only to control the City Multi system; since it requires a specific ip address given by Mitsubishi. Nuts. We thought we could use the MeZo app instead which is available for download on our iPhone through iTunes instead. Wrong! There's no explanation anywhere to set this frustrating app up & running! This app requires you to fill out the "settings" but gives no information how to do this. We have tried for months and cannot get it to work. Super frustrating to find out we got such an expensive system but that Mitsubishi's US based customer service is a total disaster. My recommendation: stay clear from the Mitsubishi City Multi system. The technology seems to be new in the US with extremely poor support. Save yourself the grey hair and stress. We will be updating our review if Mitsubishi decides to improve their manual and support for this app. Right now; this "necessary" MeZo app seems to have been an afterthought for Mitsubishi; although is is an absolute necessity.

Awesome app!!!

Great app for building managers, gives more information than expected!

User unfriendly

This App is very poorly written. No help is available. It is not intuitive. Once the controller IP setting is entered, the Locations command should be responsive, but it gives absolutely no feedback. It is impossible to know whether the application is alive or dead, whether there is a configuration error and what it might be. The Group names should not have to be re-entered if they have been previously entered from a browser on a PC. Totally clumsy and dumb.

Not at all practical

This MIGHT be fine if you want to buy an additional $3500 control system to turn on your unit. The wall stat works just fine, no thanks

This app is awesome! It works just like regular browser control. And now I can turn on my AC on my way to the house. Very cool!
