Can’t get in app anymore
Had a flat tire last week and couldn’t get into the app to get roadside assistance. App said “incorrect credentials” and when I tried resetting the password nothing ever went to my email. I’ve tried again multiple times since and still can’t get in.

I’ve downloaded , deleted and reinstalled app 3 times. It will not load. When I try to login it simply buffers and will not load. Very frustrating
Horrible app
I am experiencing the same issue as other reviewers. I receive emails that I have not used the road assist+ app, but when I try to login it says incorrect credentials. I click on forgot/reset password and do not receive an email to do so. I then try to register instead and re-enter all my information only to be told at the end that the email already exists. I have sent emails to the app developer and do not receive any response. This app is total garbage and the customer support is nonexistent!

Privacy Invasive
Way too invasive! I would catagorize this app as spyware. Tracks and records location, velocity and acceleration data way beyond what is needed for its limited user functionality. I do not recommend!

It Finally works in Apple devices. Just reset your password and your finally get an email for a PIN number.
ZERO STARS
Very unsatisfied with the service provide. If I could give zero stars I would, not even worthy of a one star review. I am a 67 yr old woman and had a major blow out in the middle of 45 coming to Houston from Dallas. I called and told them my situation and let them know my car did not come with a spare tire. They assured me that they could still help and someone would come to assist me shortly. I waited on the side of the road for 3.5 hours before they “assisted me”. The man came in a truck with absolutely no tools or spare. He looked at my vehicle and said he can not help. Before I could even ask him a question, he jumped in his truck and left!

Had been working well
Just got an email from Mitsubishi Road Assist plus app asking me to get back on to use it since I had not used it for a while. Could not remember my password and app said it would send me an email with password reset instructions but I never received the email. I called Mitsubishi and they said Apple phones have been experiencing problems with the app. I have an iPhone 8plus. They told me to write this review and perhaps I would get the help I need from the app developer? Issue is I forgot my password and cannot reset it because I am not receiving the email to reset the password. The app had been working well until recently

What can I say??? The app does not work! Honestly it does not even deserve one star!! Awful!!!
Decent Perks for Safe Driving
This app is great for keeping track of where I’ve driven and showing me how I can make improvements in my driving. I like the local leaderboard so it feels more like a competition to be a better driver and I really like that I get $10 off an oil change every so often for safe driving.
The app is functionally sound and I have no complaints about the way it performs.

Terrible
This app is just terrible. I can't login on it and when I try to reset my password, I never receive anything. When I first got my car it worked but it stopped working a couple of years ago and I'm over it.
A joke!
I requested assistance at 6:30am didn’t get a call until 9 saying they’d be here in 45 mins. 45 mins came and left and still no one came.
Can’t edit
I can’t edit when I wasn’t driving and I’m in a work vehicle so it’s not my car so if I can’t edit this it’s basically a pointless app. If you could edit it would be better. And of course I’m the driver of MY vehicle I’m the only one covered on my insurance duhhh 🤦🏽♂️and it’s Manuel no one I know can drive it besides me...

Worst Service Ever it’s a Nightmare to trying to get some help or support
I had a battery problem and become a nightmare a simple battery problem worst customer service I was really disappointed just to be able to talk to someone was a whole nightmare Mitsubishi should be really embarrassed with this horrible service they offer I can imagine having a road trip problem in the middle of no where scary I called for assistance and they took almost 6 hours to send someone to help me

Reviews about roadside assistance nightmares and dealer nightmares are scary to say the least.
Now concerning the roadside app
Don’t waist your time loading and trying to get S/N into system. Will not load via photo or by hand- says not valid. Called and rep said yes they know that they are having troubles with 2020 vehicles? What? 2021 are almost out!
And for oil change they said it must be done every 3700 to 5000 even though this is full synthetic? So u will pay twice the mount for other vehicle oil changes over the life of this car!? There goes any gas savings you hoped to gain owning this car. Yikes..

Fix the darn App!!! Can’t login!
Created account and now I can’t login. How is this possible?! Has Mitsubishi given up on the North American Market?

Stop sending me notifications!!!!
This app sends me notifications 5-6 times a day to activate and/or log in. It won’t let me do it. Since I can’t log in and the forgot password doesn’t work I can’t change the setting to stop notification. What a pain!
Leaves you for dead
I learned to not contact Mitsubishi roadside help. I called for a flat tire on a busy highway. An automated voice took my information. No one ever showed and I did not get any updates. I waited 50 min and called my own wrecker for assistance. I waited afterwards to see if they gave any updates. 3 days later crickets from Mitsubishi. I would still be out on the road if I waited for them. Just imagine if I had been in a strange area in which I did not know anyone to call. I could have been killed out there. We pay way too much money for these crappy cars to be promised perks like this and don’t get results!

Terrible service and terrible app
I have had issues logging into my account for over 6 months. The app one day logged me out and I have not been able to log in since. I am able to log into the website on computer but app does not work I have called many numbers and no one knows how to help terrible service. If you see this I need assistance ASAP.

There is no APP suport
I tried to register my car, but my email address was already in the system and it did not allow me
