who is running pgw??
why can’t i pay my bill online? i call every month trying to rectify this situation, no one does anything. i’ve put several legitimate pay methods for for online payment, still have to pay in person with cash. it’s inconvenient and absurd. who is responsible for this lol????
Part of page is cut off
The app will usually cut off the heading and hide some information.
Dated & Not Intuitive
Why do I have to hunt through the app to pay my bill? Why isn’t that a main option on the first page? And they don’t accept Amex, even though they charge a transaction fee?
Ease of use
This is a wonderful app. It is so easy to use and keep an eye out on how much energy you’re using. I am so glad to be a part of PGW.
Adding new payment method, broken
When trying to add new payment methods, mandatory sections are impossible to complete. Under cards, its expiration date. Under bank account, its bank name.
