who is running pgw??
why can’t i pay my bill online? i call every month trying to rectify this situation, no one does anything. i’ve put several legitimate pay methods for for online payment, still have to pay in person with cash. it’s inconvenient and absurd. who is responsible for this lol????
Part of page is cut off
The app will usually cut off the heading and hide some information.
Dated & Not Intuitive
Why do I have to hunt through the app to pay my bill? Why isn’t that a main option on the first page? And they don’t accept Amex, even though they charge a transaction fee?
Ease of use
This is a wonderful app. It is so easy to use and keep an eye out on how much energy you’re using. I am so glad to be a part of PGW.
Adding new payment method, broken
When trying to add new payment methods, mandatory sections are impossible to complete. Under cards, its expiration date. Under bank account, its bank name.
Over charge
I rarely go in-house once or twice a month and nothing is on ececpt water heater, so I don't know why my bills are higher .
Bill
I’m gonna have my lawyer contact you about my bill I’m barely home and I don’t cook so I’m wondering how does my bill jump so over a months time

Fix this app!!
This app is so slow! It takes almost 10 minutes just for me to pay my bill. Now I can’t open the app it keeps crashing and closes. It’s been 2 days now please fix and upgrade this app.
Antiquated app
The app looks very old like it’s from 2009. It’s pretty poor and needs a lot more work. It’s like no work has been done to this app.
