Itโs a good app to have because I can just pay my bill using my phone instead of having to go into the office.
Slow, unreliable information, poor service with giving us insurance cards and updating are agreement
Terrible update time frames, says expired but we make payments on time and it goes through can never see information on our policy due to the app always saying thereโs an error. Always have to reach out through phone for even simple questions.
