It’s a good app to have because I can just pay my bill using my phone instead of having to go into the office.
Slow, unreliable information, poor service with giving us insurance cards and updating are agreement
Terrible update time frames, says expired but we make payments on time and it goes through can never see information on our policy due to the app always saying there’s an error. Always have to reach out through phone for even simple questions.

No way to chat with anyone. Paid for insurance and never received papers to e-sign or no insurance card. Still showing previous insurance card.

Able to login on the website but not able to login in the app the website makes you create a username to login with the app does not have a place for you to input your username only a place for your email address which is what is not used to login with Someone really needs to check this out

Very disappointed with the Warrior app. All my previous trips have been removed, and I can’t download my ID card. I raised an issue in the app, but no one responded — the whole experience has been a waste.

I started a new insurance policy with them and it’s refusing to let me put my new one in this app. It’s holding onto the old canceled one and won’t let me delete it.
