Excellent First Impression
The app is much better laid out than the previous one, and I haven't experienced any issues so far. Everything feels more intuitive, and I'm really enjoying using it. Being able to lock my car with my watch is a fantastic feature and makes things so much more convenient.
App is broken
App is stuck on the stop button even while car is off. No option to reset old app worked fine disappointing can’t pre start car anymore
App Keeps on Crashing on Login
Such a waste and annoying app. Why would you change the old app it was working and nice. Very disappointed and annoyed. Old app gave an option for the drivers to alter temperature before starting the car so if you have your furry friends inside the car you can control the temps new app does not give you any such option. I don’t want to schedule temp start my car, waste of fuel wish could keep the older app it was so good.

The new app doesn’t show when you unlock the car it’s doest show if open .Also the mileage was better tracked I could see the exact date when car was operated

リモートエアコン使用と充電ステータス確認で使用してるのにどちらも改悪。特にリモートエアコンの方が使えなかったり、車両側で実際には稼働してるのにそれがアプリに反映されなかったり。まともに使えるのは5回に1回くらい。旧アプリはそんなことなかったのに。アウトランダーはとてもいいクルマだし、リモートエアコンもすごく便利で気に入って使用してたのに。削除して旧アプリに戻ろうと思ったら旧アプリにはログインすらできなくなってしまった。こんなゴミに強制乗り換えさせるんですか。我々はアプリの便利さも含めて安くないクルマを購入してるんですよ。早くどうにかしてください。
