Bug issue
Any chance you can fix a bug for us. We use your app in a tuck yard to determine what trucks need washing safety checks . On iOS we can see the names of the trucks in the scroll menu screen . Please fix this bug . Thank you in advance

Almost feel embarrassed to tell the team to sign up to “Mitti”. Sounds like a kids cartoon. SafetyCulture is more professional than that.

Template disappears
Template keeps disappearing every time I’m using the filter (when it’s working) or progress tab. I spend over 5 mins playing with it to reappear. App is going downhill fast from the first time using it.

Syncing error between phone and desktop all the time. Photos shown up on phone but not on web. Sucks so bad.

Using app near 2 years
If it doesn't sync right away, it just gets stuck, and there's nothing you can do about it. The only thing that works is a clean reinstall. It’s so annoying—having to delete and reinstall the app every couple of days.
Badly thought through changes
SC have decided that by 30th of June they are introducing a new scheduling system but rather than migrate the old schedules (hundreds) they expect the customers to recreate the schedules manually from scratch, all by 30th June.
Lots of “we understand your pain and we are here to support you” messaging but the problems this will cause if falling on deaf ears. Reconsider this change and bring out a migration tool first!

The format appears to have changed on my iPad which is worse and harder to navigate.

Works well once you know how to use all the features. Completing most of the reports onsite which saves time.
