We purchased App and program and were told it would do things that it has yet to do support ghosted us and we have requested a refund as we haven’t been able to process one payroll since April and again ghosted do not recommend found functional replacement much less expensive
It freezes and crashes
The constant issues with this app is irritating. If they don’t fix it soon, companies will drop them.

Great app/software. We’ve been using Raken for years. The app is easy to use, helps me stay on top of projects and employees. The integrated time keeping app makes Raken even better. I would recommend Raken to anyone in the construction industry. My only gripe; they told me they were going to send me some merch for leaving great reviews and recommending and I never received anything.
