It will be busy busy button mashing
This app is so frustrating. My employer requires this app so it’s the only reason it’s not deleted at this point. My timesheet gets messed up almost two or three times a week because I’ll hit the button to go on break and it won’t respond or in the inverse; I will clock back in by ending my break and the next thing I know I’ve just spent two hours “on break”… when I wasn’t… Aaand another thing, I’ve opened it up and it’s 13 options over because it’s micro clicked in my pocket when I know my phone was off and locked. Stop bypassing my locked screen. It does this because of the tiny location window at the top somehow acts as a backdoor back into the app.

Glitch/Bug
Three times in the space of 7 days, as I was doing my schedule for my crew and just as I was ready to hit “notify employees” it kicked me out of the app. I reported it over the phone the first time it happened and they said they have not experienced any issues like this.
Character Limit
Why is a character limit when trying to enter the job description? I need to write detailed descriptions of certain jobs, and I always find myself having to waste time trying to cut out information. I need to be able to type in at least 7000 characters (with spaces). Please extend the limit!
This App Suckkkkssss
It constantly freezes and gets stuck on syncing. I constantly have to delete and redownload just so I can clock in. Beyond frustrating, doing this almost every time I have to use the app 🙄
Meh, pretty basic
Interface is very clunky and not intuitive, it’s actually a bit painful to use. Very poor support, basically there seems to be no support available that’s not an AI agent. Even so I was going to upgrade to see if extra functions make it useful but as a Canadian I have to contact support to upgrade my subscription. I’m not doing that, I’ll find something else, preferably a non American product.
