Glitch/Bug
Three times in the space of 7 days, as I was doing my schedule for my crew and just as I was ready to hit “notify employees” it kicked me out of the app. I reported it over the phone the first time it happened and they said they have not experienced any issues like this.
Character Limit
Why is a character limit when trying to enter the job description? I need to write detailed descriptions of certain jobs, and I always find myself having to waste time trying to cut out information. I need to be able to type in at least 7000 characters (with spaces). Please extend the limit!
This App Suckkkkssss
It constantly freezes and gets stuck on syncing. I constantly have to delete and redownload just so I can clock in. Beyond frustrating, doing this almost every time I have to use the app 🙄
Meh, pretty basic
Interface is very clunky and not intuitive, it’s actually a bit painful to use. Very poor support, basically there seems to be no support available that’s not an AI agent. Even so I was going to upgrade to see if extra functions make it useful but as a Canadian I have to contact support to upgrade my subscription. I’m not doing that, I’ll find something else, preferably a non American product.

GPS location needs work
I don’t even allow maps to track my location “always” you don’t need to either. Unacceptable.
Big lost brother
This app tracks your location all the time even when not at work. Why? This isn’t right. I can sign my time card and make it true and yet someone can go behind me and change what is the truth m. That’s not right
App Crashes
Every time I try to preview a report before submitting, it starts loading and then the app crashes and kicks me out the app
Fix your need for always on for location
This fellow user had the exact same sentiments as me and will just copy and paste it. “I'm not understanding why this app feels the need to lie about location tracking. You state on the app that you don't track location when not on the clock but that's a bold face lie! And I can prove it. This app accessed my location all throughout the night when I was sleeping at home and not on the clock. My privacy report on my iPhone shows EVERY SINGLE TIME you access my location! Why be deceptive about it? Did you not think far enough ahead about iPhone privacy reports before bold face lying on your app?
This is a huge issue for me and you need to be more transparent on your app. The fact you have responded to previous reviews saying you don't track location when not on the clock, when you know you do, is sickening to me!

Deceptive app that tracks your location even when you’re not at work.
I’m not understanding why this app feels the need to lie about location tracking. You state on the app that you don’t track location when not on the clock but that’s a bold face lie! Meh, pretty basic

Location services
Absolutely no reason you need to “always” have location services on. No way. While in use, sure. But not always.
Thieves
We used busy busy for a couple years at our company and had mediocre success with it. The real problem is when you try canceling with them, three or four people will tell you that they are canceling your account, and then continue to charge you anyways. If you go onto your account and cancel your subscription, they will still charge you. Terrible people, and a terrible company.

Go on break option
The new update took away the “go on break” option and it needs to be brought back! I found it to be very useful.
Don’t ever log out
Tech help is a joke . If u or any of your guys log out, and u got to forgot password u can hang it up. Going on 3-4 week and can’t get a person to talk to of any help

Just installed it, seems to have everything needed and plans are organized well but pricing is only available on website. Better transparency would have pricing info available in app description
GPS after clock out
The app was tracking me when I wasn’t clocked in. When I contacted them about it they suggested I pay them $3,600 to upgrade to pro. For What? So they can steal my info and my money? They’ve lost my trust.

I want to buy the pro version of the app and keep going. I don't have time while I'm running a business to have a zoom meeting over a cell phone app.
Long story short, the app is great until it doesn't work anymore because you don't have time for a Zoom meeting

Great for business
My crew and office people are so happy since we implemented busybusy. Payroll is much more seamless, and the guys feel trusted because we don’t have to check in with them as often and everything is kept in the app. Initially, I didn’t realize how easy it really is to use- but quickly saw its simple, doesn’t cost an arm and a leg, and everyone wins. Their staff is also super quick at responding and always pleasant to chat with.
