Great app/software. We’ve been using Raken for years. The app is easy to use, helps me stay on top of projects and employees. The integrated time keeping app makes Raken even better. I would recommend Raken to anyone in the construction industry. My only gripe; they told me they were going to send me some merch for leaving great reviews and recommending and I never received anything.

Slow at times
Not sure if it’s the app or my phone, but I usually wait awhile for the app to load most of the time
Used to be decent
The app used to work flawlessly. Now, every time they send out a new feature or update it creates multiple other issues. The new time card set up is terrible. Constant bugs. Still no QR code technology implementation. Work with the program daily and very unimpressed.
Don’t waste your time
I've been using the app for a while now, and I have to say, I'm really disappointed. The constant issues and glitches make it nearly impossible to use smoothly. It's frustrating because I really like the concept of the app, but the technical problems just keep getting in the way every day. I hope they can address these issues soon because it's really impacting my overall experience. Be aware that there is no cancellation.

I keep getting whoops error
Can’t even sign up
I’d love to try the app, but my US phone number is “invalid”. Not sure why, it works on every other app and I even receive about 50 phone calls a day with it. Not sure what this app considers a valid phone number.
Saves us so much time
Everyone at my company was able to onboard easily and get started asap. First tech we've ever adopted for payroll and reports. Highly recommend

This app is constantly crashing and or freezing. It’s more trouble than it’s worth.

Very stingy
I signed up for Raken and use their product for two years. I was kind of turned off after the first year with their aggressive auto renewal, and the ability to be able to turn that off in the app. I had to write several emails to the company to get my subscription canceled.
When it was set to renew this year, I received multiple emails and invoices aggressively pushing me to sign up again. I was unsure if I wanted to continue. So I ignored it for two weeks or so. And ultimately got a subscription canceled. Email, which I expected.
I expected, I would not be able to create new projects without a subscription. I was disappointed to learn that they cut off all my access to pass given the hundreds of dollars. I spent they should give you some period of access to your old jobs without strong arming you into a new subscription
I don’t know if all the job management apps are like this, but Raken sucks in my opinion Sincerely,

Overall program is working well. Still having some issues with pay period cut off dates and picture upload dates. Sometimes it puts pictures into the future.
