What a scam!

Be very careful- the app looks totally free and I’m days they take almost £40 off your account, even if you didn’t use it. That is not clear when you get the app - or else why would you, with other good and free authenticators out there? What a scam.

Don’t purchase this terrible mistake

I was trying to set up a free authenticator app as requested by my university I ended up being charged for this app, somehow don’t even know how it’s a con don’t do it

Scam

Basically a scam to try & get £38 off people who don’t notice what they’re up to. How this app comes up in search results before the actual google app is beyond me.

Won’t give money back

I have emeailed the support team 3 times asking for my money back , I havnt recieved a reply I will contest the payment with my bank if I don’t hear back 👎

beware: using dark patterns to force payment

beware of this app. they pay for apple ads to boost themselves to the top of app store results, use an icon that looks just like microsoft's 2FA, and then charge you $40 a year without the ability to move the 2FA keys to another app. would avoid - 1Password, Google, and Micrsoft all develop FREE apps that do the same thing.

We are a paid service, but we provide a 3-day free trial so that the user can confirm whether it is what he needs, and can cancel the subscription at any time. Please note that we have no relationship with Microsoft and you are commenting on a third-party app not developed by Microsoft.

Unhappy Raccoon

The link to install on phone without going to the App Store didn’t work. On my computer, similar problem—will have to get help from our tech support staff to get it installed.

I understand this is forced on us by a deadline of March, and I have enough deadlines in my life!

Didn't use

Accidental download, but I've noticed the clearly automated bot responses from the devloper replying to very similar and very worrying complaints. Now I'm worried about malware. Awful.

Do not open unless you want to be charged!

I downloaded this app and then it told me I had to pay £38. I can’t work out if it will charge me in 3 days after the free trail is over, there is NOTHING to say you will be charged until it downloads. Please confirm that I WILL NOT be charged in 3 days as I did NOT give permission for my money to be taken. Cannot believe this is allowed.

I downloaded this by mistake

Yes I down loaded this app by mistake but it is far from straight forward to cancel it. All I want is to cancel this app and not get charged for it. I just hope you get back to me. I have not used the app and can’t rate it.

Fake Five Stars so this can be Read

It’s makes it impossible to do anything it loops you around in circles until you go mad or hit subscribe. Do not believe the fake developer responses . These guys know what what they are doing and it’s awful. Stay away and if they rebrand or do anything sneaky I’ll be watching. It’s enough to sell my iPad that Apple would allow this.
It’s not a mistake it’s not they are sorry, you don’t need to send in a detailed comment to support they know d-well what’s going on . Awful just

Hidden fees!!!

Total rip off. The app doesn’t even work and then you’re hit with a hidden fee of £38.99 for an annual subscription.
No reminder, or alert just takes your money.
