Unable to use subscription
Great magazine...Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to login with the iPhone I purchased a subscription. What a complete waste. I was really looking forward to reading this again. Why would you make an app that doesn’t work easily on IPhone? Do it right or stick to paper and ink.
Blacked out pages
The first time I download an issue I can view it. If I come back to it later everything is black. I have to remove the issue completely and re-download it just to pick up my reading again. Needless to say I, haven’t been reading much and I feel like I wasted my money to be honest. I asked about switching to print subscription but it seems like that is a different channel than the digital version, so that’s not a possibility. My advice to everyone is to go with print version.

Great app, great music
Each month features cool artists, new releases and interesting features. Easy to digest via the app. Love!
Lots of issues, no human support...
Just bought 6 month subscription and it still asks me purchase new issues!!!?!. No 800 number to call for help. Not cool
Great magazine, terrible app
I absolutely love Mixmag. Not the most user friendly app in the world but it didn’t work badly at first. However, 2 months into a 6 month subscription the app denies me access to my editions. I was never sent an account number ( as I subscribed through iTunes) so couldn’t contact Mixmag about it. No way of contacting anyone through iTunes either. Now can’t access any of the digital content I’ve paid for, either through subscription or Individual issues. Waste of money. Subscribe direct through Mixmag, NOT iTunes

Best mag in the world
The heritage, tone, humour and authority of this magazine doesn't just make this a great dance music mag but a great magazine in general.
They take your subscription money then don’t send log in details
I subscribed, paid the money, and then they never send you the log in details so you can’t log in to see your subscriptions. And they don’t have an email address and when you send a message on Facebook no response.
The app is not opening!!!

Zero app support
Just subscribed. If I want to download the newest issue, I have to buy it, even though I'm subscribed. I've restored purchases multiple times. Tried app on multiple devices, running different operating systems. App has no way to contact anyone. App support link, in App Store, brings up blank page. Super fun, said no one.

Doesn’t work with iOS 11
On my 12.9 inch iPad Pro the app quits instantly every time...
App doesn’t open on neither my iPhone nor iPad.
I’ve been a subscriber since December 2014. But only recently has the app failed to open on neither my iPhone nor iPad, even after the recent updates for better iOS 11 compatibility. So, what gives?
Now love it.
Yearly price is too steep besides please release an update for theme background colors i hate black.
Not user friendly
The magazine is great, the digital version is awkward and not suitable for 2016. Much better PDF/magazine reader apps out there. Media player is outdated too. Unable to listen on Bluetooth/wireless devices.
Love house music
Quite simple, if you were listening to house music pre-David guetta, pre-Calvin Harris etc. Then buy this app and subscribe. Always up to date, always fresh.

Loyal and longtime Mixmag reader
Even though I always buy the printed version (and always love the monthly album/mix), I still love the app. It's great when I can't read my physical issue and I've read Mixmag for a loooong time, (ex: since "Techno" was the blanket-term, like today's "EDM"!) so of course I'll give 5 stars! Also, in the States, our new issue is a month behind, but no worries!
Btw: So happy Bill and Frank are back! Here's hoping that "James" returns as resident D.A. lol!!

Legit magazine
I have two issues so far and I love it. Relevant to the worldwide dance music scene, not just the EDM pop crap that's big in America right now. The content is rich and I love it includes a mix from a Dj right on the app that is really cool. This is gonna be great for traveling buying the year subscription next paycheck!!!
