Terrible App
This app is terrible. Requires new login everytime as it does not remember the login details. For 14 days now it doesn’t ket me login at all or reset my password etc. but simply freezes on the login screen. Shameful, I cannot control my points as there us no other optional login e.g. over website. Strongly suggest changing the developer of this app….

Anything but the ordering
Don’t you love going to a pub and instead end up spending 15min signing up with an app, and then decide to go to another pub that just gives you the god damn cold beer in this heat .

Firewall for students
The good thing here is: We can get a student discount here,
but
only if you have their own specific app (for people who can't wait because they are in a friends group, or something else), that app should be connected with another app, Uni days.
Its a good hack to not give the student discount, and still put a whole menu saying that's for students.

Possible Phishing
Signing up to the account.. I receive ea message that I already have an account.. for an email I created 12 hours before for a company in Canada for my wife. How on earth do I have or is there an account already set up? This is very worrying to see this and for staff at the bar to say ‘maybe someone put your email in drunk’ was also alarming. I created this email less than 12 hours ago.. what!!!

Now can order through the Mixr app its game changer woohoo although please keep app up to date by removing venues that are no longer under stonegate such as the Walkabout in Newquay which has been acquired by Healeys and will become The Rattler Beach House
POOR APP
Another poorly designed app which is just awful to use. Ended up going to the bar to order.
Didn’t track
Spent an around £100 in a pub yesterday, Mixr didn’t give me any points even though I scanned all day.
Suggestion
All in all the app works best when connected to the venue’s wifi; not an issue for myself, small mention further if you leave the app while ordering food returning you find that it has forgotten the order/need to restart a slightly frustration of the app/share for possible looking into for coding.. all in all a good app

Worst app ever
This is a truly terrible app. Probably the most painful thing to login to that I have ever experienced. Would give 0/5 if I could.
Used to work
Used to work. After having to reset password, and jump through several 2FA hops, I reset back to the same password as the one that was not recognised. And now works. Lol
Doesn’t work
Everytime I log in asks me to reset my password. Says it will send me a 6 digit PIN by email which I never receive, so now I can’t log in.

I cannot reset my password, get to the point to send an email and doesnt send a code. Have done for several days still persists

Constantly making you log back in
Would be a great app if it worked properly, but it constantly makes you log back into it, it loves to tell you your password is wrong so you have to it reset. Everyone I know has the same problems
