Utterly Useless
Quite literally the worst loyalty card discount app ever made. Logs me out constantly for no reason, and has for some unbeknownst reason not saved my password, meaning that I have to reset it - oh wait, I’ve requested it to send a reset password email 6 times now, and it hasn’t bothered to send even one of them. Alright when it works as you get a great student discount at some pubs, but the app is so utterly useless that it renders itself completely unusable.

Really bad
Errors with expired verification email codes and when I finally get in by creating a new account, I go to claim my free drink, enter mobile number, asks for a new code by text but I don’t get the text. Never experienced such an awful app. Unbelievable
Recent app update
The app was recently updated and now can’t log in. The verification code never arrives. Checked spam/junk mail and not in there either. Useless!

Go to the bar to avoid depression.

I was logged out after you updated the app, I can no longer sign in, requesting a password reset never receives a link… my local says I’m not the only one complaining. This really sucks, I’m missing out on bonuses.
Never got a confirmation code
The app can’t be used = is useless. Of course, I checked spam and tried several times. It just doesn’t work.

Such a confusing interface and never works when you are actually inside the bar and wanting to order from that bar which is listed on Mixr. Most of the times I just gave up on the app.

Great app for loads of pubs and bars. Earning points on your purchases is great and there’s a mix of games and vouchers each month!
Waste of time
This app is broken. As is the website. As are the QR codes for ordering to a table. Just pointless and should be removed from the App Store rather than wasting their customers time. Quite how this garbage is passing Apples review process is beyond me.
No updates from tech support
Emailed multiple times to see how they was working on getting my account back due to it not letting me sign in anymore with Unidays. I have then updated it and it logged me out, upon logging back in it’s completely wiped my 70,000 worth of points which I had been saving.
I have emailed again in hopes that they can recover those points somehow, but I’m not holding my breath as this has been an issue since the start of November and still no update. I had been a loyal customer to local Stonegate businesses and now this experience has put me off using them again due to the lack of response.

Terrible
Terrrible app & customer service. Emailed them because I haven’t been getting points added to my account since July. Same bank card is still linked to my account. Supposedly! Basically told me I had to provide them with proof of the purchases I’ve made. Like I’m going to go through four months of bank statements & highlight each time I’ve used my card. Can’t be bothered with it anymore.

Needs improvement
I’ve never known another app where deleting data directly off the phone is a way of sorting out slow input response or lag. It needs work. A LOT less front end data and a lot more back end is required. I don’t fancy deleting the app every time I want to log in.
