About
Your Apple Watch collects a lot of health data. MiYa helps you make sense of it.
Turn heart rate, HRV, blood oxygen, activity, workouts and ECG recordings into a clear, personal report. Read the highlights first, then explore the numbers and trends behind them.
MAKE SENSE OF YOUR DAY
• Get a short daily summary and see Recovery, Strain, Stress and Battery scores measured against your own usual range.
• Tap any metric for a simple explanation of what it measures and how to read it.
• Find plain-language takeaways alongside your numbers.
SEE THE BIGGER PICTURE
• Follow trends in resting heart rate, HRV, blood oxygen, respiratory rate, VO₂ max, walking steadiness and more.
• Review workouts with GPS routes, heart rate zones and detailed stats.
• View your ECG recordings as waveforms.
• Let your steps move your character along a walking journey around the world.
YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS
MiYa processes your Health data on your iPhone. It requires no account, uses no servers, analytics or ads, and never writes to Apple Health. Reports are excluded from iCloud backup and can be deleted in the app.
MiYa works best with Apple Watch data. You can also use it with steps recorded by your iPhone.
MiYa is for personal wellness and trend awareness only. It is not a medical device and cannot diagnose any condition. Its scores are estimates based on your own history. If you experience chest pain, shortness of breath, dizziness or palpitations, stop exercising and seek medical care.
