Connecting to devices error
Connecting to these machines is impossible. I’m selling $1300 dollar machines with a 1 cent app. My customers are complaining about resetting their lights for their filters and they can’t. The app never finds them and is just upsetting. Please fix this immediately!
Not user friendly
Not user friendly at all. The old app was honestly better. This one should be better being integrated with eSpring and atmosphere sky but it’s not intuitive or user friendly at all.

App works great!
Not sure why there are so many low star reviews. That app works great! It’s not super complex, which is fine since the home devices are pretty simple. Amway keeps upgrading all the time!
App is not up to standards
I absolutely love the Amway products. But this app has been an issue from day one. The idea is great, but it desperately needs improvement. I only utilize it for the Atmoshere Sky. It Will not stay connected to WiFi, Bluetooth only works 1/2 the time, the selections within the app (adjust speed, update filters) do not line up within the window. The options won’t slide so I can’t select ‘turbo’. The previous app for the Atmosphere worked way better and I never had any issues.
