Terrible app on android
Wouldn’t let me log in on android phone

Used to be helpful till I got logged out one day and since then it keeps getting me a error code 58 every time I try to reset my password. I’ve tried on and off WiFi and even when I’m not at home to fix this issue. If you go to contact on the app it just gives you the numbers to the theaters I’ll give a 5star again if this ever gets figured out

Very disappointed
Over the last two weeks I have purchased tickets to two different movies and both failed to save in the app. To all who use this app, take a screenshot of your ticket.
App has potential
I really like visiting MJR. The app is useful but has potential to be much better. Please could you consider something that would help to allow one person to buy a ticket when there are two empty seats. So many times you can book the seat you want because you’re penalised for being a single person and get a message that it needs to be left for two people.
The other thing that would help would be using push notifications for when your movie is about to start. The current system of just putting it in the app where you wouldn’t remember it’s there unless you were actively using the app. I’ve missed so many movies I’ve booked far in advance because I forgot all about them until it was too late. A Home Screen notification would be extremely helpful. Thank you and have a great day :)

Doesnt work when it needs to
Every time a major movie release happens, I am unable to sign into my account. I get signed out of the app, and then cant sign into. I obviously checked my password and email and verified that I am using the correct information. Please upgrade your servers to better handle major movie releases
Seat Fraud
Normally I don’t have an issue using the app but what occasionally happens is when an error occurs during the finalization of the transaction it not only makes you start the entire process over but it also blocks out the seats you selected as if they were purchased and you’re forced to pick different seats to move forward. Not ideal especially because you also won’t allow us to buy seats when it leaves a single gap between seats. Hey guess what!? I don’t always wanna be shoulder to shoulder with a stranger!! I should be able to buy whatever seat(s) I want, especially for non high profile movies with a single viewing for the day.

Best movie theater
This is my family’s favorite movie theater. Staff always friendly & clean environment. We are also excited to see the remodeling of the over loved seats.

I’ve been a premier meme we for years and my account cannot be accessed and I’ve lost my points and status. Very frustrating.

Love that everything is at the click of a button and easy to locate. My favorite feature is the prepurchase of snacks- makes it easier with young kids.
No Apple Pay??
Why are there different icons for broken VIP seats… you cant buy them. Sometimes 1 of the triple couch is broken and it confuses customers…. Asked staff about it and they were also confused… maybe fix the seats or fix the icons….. also. No Apple Pay .. can’t add tickets to apple wallet…
UI/Password Reset Issue
Would not let me change my password. It has now completely kicked me out of account not letting me relogin. Very frustrating

Fees
I really like being able to see show times and book seats from the MJR app. What I don’t like is the fee to buy the tickets!
