Mlau is the app for people living in housing that Mlau manages, and for the companies that book that housing for their crews. IF YOU RENT A ROOM THROUGH MLAU Your door code is on the home screen. So is your room, how long your stay runs, and anything that's waiting on you. - Read and sign your house rules and contract documents with your finger. No printer, no scanner, no scanning app. - Report a defect the moment you spot it. Photo, one line of text, send. Mlau is notified straight away and you can follow what happens next. - Ask for cleaning, a repair, or help with keys and access without chasing anyone by phone. - Move out without the usual argument about what state the room was in. The checklist takes you through it item by item, shows you the reference photo of how the room looked before you moved in, and files your own photos alongside it. - Message Mlau directly when something doesn't fit any of the boxes above. IF YOU HANDLE HOUSING FOR YOUR COMPANY - See every property and room you have under contract, and who's in each one. - Invite colleagues and assign them a room in a few taps. - Take defects, service requests, and move-out reports from your whole portfolio in one inbox instead of four inboxes. - Approve a move-out, or send it back with a note saying what still needs doing. BUILT FOR WHERE IT GETS USED Bad signal in a basement or on a site is normal, so the app expects it. Reports, photos and requests you submit offline wait in an outbox and go out on their own once you have a network again. Nothing is lost and nothing has to be typed twice. The app is in Danish, English, German, Polish, Italian and Romanian, and follows whatever light or dark setting your phone is on. Mlau staff also use the app in the field, for time on a property and for the same defect and move-out work across every building.
