Compatibility with older games broken
Sign in has been broken for a couple weeks now, on games prior to MLB The Show 26. Any older games give a log in error for Xbox.
Useful tool. Will update the review if anything changes but can’t while it’s not even allowing access.

Why 4 stars
It is the best app for mlb the show not like it’s the only app. It’s so annoying to log into my account every single time I open the app and the fact that the app goes down a lot that’s it.

Oh my gosh
Would not let me update the app annoying overall great wouldn’t I didn’t even get to use it but that’s fine. I was gonna make a character on road to the show, but did not work for the scan I mean.
Just as bad as the game
Last year the companion app worked fine, but this year it’s been horrid. They limit your market transactions on mobile and app needs an update everyday which fixes nothing. Everytime theres new content expect the app to be down for a few hours .

I open the game for the first time, I do all the steps and it says error? I fix it but the next day I have to log in AGAIN and it says error again I sat at my house for literal hours trying to figure this out

I am trying to do the face scan and it just constantly loads and loads and loads and loads and, well, you get it. What a worthless app. How did this pass Apple's app team? It is one of the worst apps out there.
Doesnt work
App won’t let me navigate through menus because I’m “not currently logged in on Xbox” when I am literally playing the game. Too bad I wanted to use face scan…..

Love this but the game could use an update like in rtts Dubon is playing for the brewers meanwhile he is really need by the Braves and Reynaldo Lopez is on the cubs when he is a key reliever for the Braves make the trades make sense and add multi position players to the game example My character could play 2nd base and Shortstop. Devs please respond and add an update to do this.

What a terrible companion app
This app started as a basic, not well engineered, college try mobile app. It has only gotten worse. It’s clear that SDS only cares about micro transactions with all the limits and cooldowns added to the app. I really hope another company gives them some competition.
Face scan not working
I downloaded this app only for the face scan and when I went to the settings to use it, it was not there for some reason so I tried to contact them. I’m still waiting for them to reply so in the meanwhile, I’m just stuck sad.
Disappointed
Developers have intentionally made this app basically unusable. I can’t submit more than a few orders at a time without my account getting suspended. The app is always slow and buggy.
I’ve never seen a developer intentionally create such a poor experience to try to force people to make in game stub purchases to remain competitive.
