Banned me for flipping stubs 😂 , not even buying of third parties, never buying this trash game

I was flipping on the market to make stubs and got a 3 year ban. So ridiculous and a sinking ship. Imagine legit players being banned for making stubs but online cheaters go unpunished. Smh SDS you don’t get it.

Face cam
So I’m on the show 26 and I’m using face for my dad aroldis Chapman he has his mouth closed but it says it’s open even tho it’s not so I have to meet him in person and take photo then go to my PlayStation just for it to work if your going to do face cam on a photo o a mlb player it will not work trust me I tried a million times and it dosent work you have to use you own face just for it to work.

Suggestion for improvement
They should add to the app that you can see the statistics of each player HR,RBI and team statics

You can manager whole account through your phone and edit your team, open and buy packs, and buy stubs, and players. Also you can see your collections and see if there is any knew continent that was posted too overall a five star.

This app is out dated and extremely clunky. Barely works half the time and is beyond slow when it does.

Great app when it works.
The app is a nice complement to the game as far as opening packs, managing inventory, and doing different collections goes. The only bad thing about is it only works about 35% of the time.
Can't buy packs on companion app
The Companion App is useful when it works, but the Shop has major issues. Every time I try to buy the permanent 75,000-stub bundle (50 The Show packs + 1 Chase Pack), it just says “An error occurred” and never completes the purchase. I’ve tried multiple times, and it’s frustrating because the bundle works in-game. Please fix the Shop so purchases work reliably in the app.

Won’t send me the verification code
Just really frustrated with all the app updates and the ease of it not being as good as it used to be. Now it won’t even send me the verification code to allow me to log in.
