Worst company ever
I bought my mom shoes over 3 years agon and I couldn’t be more excited but unfortunately the excitement ended when I didn’t take care of them so I thought hmmmm why don’t I get another pair so I order my mlo early last year I know it takes a while to come via shipping so I didn’t worry bout it but when 3 months go by I message the company letting them know I haven’t received my shoes they told me they were really busy and because of how many orders they had they were back on shipping so I said ok give you guys a little more time well 2 months go by I message again for a refund and they told me they couldn’t do a refund due to them already have shipped out my shoes so I was like ok I check the app to see if my shipping have updated to shipped but still says waiting to be shipped so I message again and was told to wait well I waited….. waited…… and waited……. Check back on the site and there nothing like a crash or they shut there website down I messaged again and never heard from anyone so if your thinking bout getting shoes from here it’s a scam don’t do it

Terrible!
I ordered a pair of shoes almost a year ago and I haven’t received them yet! I can’t even go on the website now and the email to speak to them is not working! They are a rip off! Heavy on the DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
Don’t buy
Bought shoes in 10 months ago, and they have stopped responding to my emails asking for updates about my order. They were very quick to take the money, but have been very slow. The excuse I got from their automated messages was they are experiencing high volumes of orders.
The shoes looked great, but I would love to say if they were really good if I could ever get a hold of them.

Issues
App refuses to open. I’ve deleted it then reinstalled but still refuses to open
BUYER BEWARE
I bought a pair of shoes from these people way back approximately 5 months ago. I was told all of their orders have been placed on a back order and they’ll give me a update on shipping eventually. I was patient and only asked for an update every so often and basically got nothing. Refunds are unavailable as well with them! Don’t let them take your money
