Worst company ever
I bought my mom shoes over 3 years agon and I couldn’t be more excited but unfortunately the excitement ended when I didn’t take care of them so I thought hmmmm why don’t I get another pair so I order my mlo early last year I know it takes a while to come via shipping so I didn’t worry bout it but when 3 months go by I message the company letting them know I haven’t received my shoes they told me they were really busy and because of how many orders they had they were back on shipping so I said ok give you guys a little more time well 2 months go by I message again for a refund and they told me they couldn’t do a refund due to them already have shipped out my shoes so I was like ok I check the app to see if my shipping have updated to shipped but still says waiting to be shipped so I message again and was told to wait well I waited….. waited…… and waited……. Check back on the site and there nothing like a crash or they shut there website down I messaged again and never heard from anyone so if your thinking bout getting shoes from here it’s a scam don’t do it

Terrible!
I ordered a pair of shoes almost a year ago and I haven’t received them yet! I can’t even go on the website now and the email to speak to them is not working! They are a rip off! Heavy on the DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
Don’t buy
Bought shoes in 10 months ago, and they have stopped responding to my emails asking for updates about my order. They were very quick to take the money, but have been very slow. The excuse I got from their automated messages was they are experiencing high volumes of orders.
The shoes looked great, but I would love to say if they were really good if I could ever get a hold of them.

App refuses to open. I’ve deleted it then reinstalled but still refuses to open

I bought a pair of shoes from these people way back approximately 5 months ago. I was told all of their orders have been placed on a back order and they’ll give me a update on shipping eventually. I was patient and only asked for an update every so often and basically got nothing. Refunds are unavailable as well with them! Don’t let them take your money

Terrible website to go through
Ordered two pairs of shoes 5 months ago and still have not received them. Tried contacting customer services multiple times and get the same automated message every time and tracking number has already been expired. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND they are just pretty much taking your money.

I have purchased my shoes 2 months ago and have yet to get an update on my tracking, this is really upsetting that people will take your money without giving you any updates the website/app is useless and I want my refund back into my account. This don’t make any sense whatsoever!!!

You can’t cancel your subscription!
I ordered the “free shoes with subscription” selected the size and color. Just for this clown to say “Hey Austenn, I looked into your account details and can see that you never chose a free products when you signed up. There is a prompt that pops up when you sign up for our membership showing you the products that you are eligible to receive for free. It also states if you do not chose one you forfeit the opportunity to receive a free product. My apologies for any confusion, however that is why you never received the promotional gift.”

Scam company
They are offering a free shoe subscription the entire year, how they can afford this? By not giving half of their subscriptions yet charging the fee. Mine never shipped. I have disputed with my credit card company over this trash.

The shoes are 5 stars no doubt. But the customer service and response team gets 0 stars. I’ve been waiting about a month for my order, which is cool I’m not in a rush to get them. But when I ask about tracking updates, I get a automated message from giving a generic response. Once they have your money thang don’t care about you.

Never have stock
Might as well buy your shoes elsewhere because they never have stock even when it’s listed on their app. I wrote into their customer service to see when stock may be available, they dodged the question and sent me a link to review my service lol

I've been waiting over a month for my shoes. I ordered shoes with standard shipping which is 3-9 days. I tried asking how much longer will I have to wait because I’ve already been waiting a month and they said “the shoes may experience longer than normal shipping times.” I tried asking for a refund they denied it to me. They sent me a size 5 an because of there policy would not send me the right size.I would have bought more if they would had sent me right size I bought the deal but two get one free.I guess the size 5 was free😡😡😡
App Wont Open
I love your guy’s shoes and I have never had a problem with you guys before. I’m not really complaining, but I do wish the app would work. Other than that I’ve bought shoes from you before and I’m very satisfied with the product. I’ll be waiting on the update I guess!

I will never refer this company to anyone that I know you need to respond to your customers they have questions about their orders they have paid a good money he refused to respond to the emails.
