Absolut katastrophal - DO NOT USE THIS APP; NOR THE BANK

Dass heutzutage eine Bank so eine App veröffentlicht ist eine Zumutung. Hat MLP schon jemals von Usability Engineering gehört? Selbst ein böswilliger Hacker könnte keine App bauen, die einen derart permanent ärgert. Eben brauchte ich 45 Minuten für eine einfache SEPA Überweisung, und musste 4 mal neu einloggen, während das völlig altmodische TAN Verfahren zu lange brauchte, so dass mich die App rausschmiss, und ich alles wieder von vorne beginnen konnte. Inklusive manuelles Eintippen des IBAN (5 mal…), da Kopieren verboten ist. Fehlerhinweise kommen ohne Erklärung und v.a. ohne die Möglichkeit der Verbesserung. Also wieder alles von vorne beginnen etc etc.

Funktioniert schon seit Wochen nicht richtig

Jeden Tag logge ich mich in die App ein und jeden Tag aufs Neue bekomme ich angezeigt, dass es einen technischen Fehler gibt. Meist resultiert das darin, das die Kontobewegungen im Detail nicht angezeigt werden. Updates der App haben auch nichts gebracht. Leider schlechte Performance im Vergleich zu anderen Banken!

Nett zum Anschauen des Kontostandes, sonst Unnütz

Wenn man eine Überweisung mühsam eintippt und auf SecureGo TAN wartet, wird man aus der App ausgeloggt und die Überweisung wird von der App komplett vergessen.
Man kann auch keine Überweisung auf MLP Kreditkarte als Umbuchung machen und man muss die lange KK IBAN manuell eintippen :(
