NEED SERIOUS APP DEVELOPMENT, CANT PLAY MUSIC WHILE WORKING OUT. CANT EDIT THE NAME OF MY CUSTOMISED WORKOUTS. ITS UNFAIR TO PEOPLE WHO PAY MONEY FOR THIS.
Needs improvement
There’s a lot of potential in this. The plans are good, the workouts are kickass. But the app is annoying. You can not access workouts through the plan, you have to go all the way to the individual workout to look at what you need to do. You can’t listen to music during your workout which is like ????
That being said, I’d still give it 4 stars.

Kind of a rip off
The workouts are good but I apparently paid 4 bucks for nothing. The stuff I thought I was paying for was hidden behind a monthly subscription. I literally paid for the option to buy a subscription. Can’t play music over workouts either. Would not recommend and honestly I’d like a refund.

Pretty damn good...
A pretty damn good App, which is an easy reference for your workouts. Clear examples are shown, which are easy to follow.
My only criticism is that it’s not possible to listen to your own music while the App is open. Possibly just a personal thing, but I do like to have my tunes on when in the gym.

Solid Exercises and Plans
The plans, animation, and tracking are great. Unfortunately the app lost track of my purchases and if you don't log daily the plan resets. It would be nice to modify plans. Move the rest day etc. I'd really like to hear music too. I'm going to be looking for something else similar. It might be great in a few years but it's not at the moment.

Nutrition Guide won’t open
There is no info when I open the tab. Also I can’t go back to the workout plans after I open the nutrition plan tab. I have to re start the app every time. Other than that it’s a good app.

Where did it go?
I had this app on my Android and found it amazing! I lost 115 pounds and I looked and felt better than I did when I was doing self prep amateur body building in high school and the military! However since I changed over to the iPhone I noticed something big has changed. I transferred before the update, but now I can’t access any of my favorite diet plans. Or any of the diet plans for that matter? Is it a bug or what’s going on? Give me my diets back bro!

Could be better
It would be good if it showed you the workouts in the plans so you know what you needed instead of pausing and having to go get dumb bells or go to dip machine. Also you can’t listen to music on your phone when your following a plan.

After bought the pro version I paid to unlock 2 different plans they don’t unlock tried to email the issue no response I’ll change my rating if you fix it

Lots of workouts, love it.
What did I pay for?
I purchased the Pro MMA Spartan, Pro Home Workouts, Pro Short Summer, Pro Abs Workout apps. I now open each app and see that several workouts are grayed out and say premium. What did I pay for? Did I pay for the same workouts the free app gets? You also have no way for me to contact you through the app. At least I was unable to find it after searching. Please advise. I would be happy to update review upon reaching resolution.

About half of my exercises are missing when I choose a workout, it’s just circling arms for most of the workout?

Diet and workouts
The diets do not work at all for me, and I really wanted to incorporate a diet into my workout.I found some of the workouts were too extreme. Maybe there could be different intensities for the same workout.
