What's New in PlatePal

2.2.0

August 12, 2026

PlatePal 2.2: See your strength climb • Rep-Max Progression graph. Open any lift in your Logbook and watch your 1, 2, 3, and 5 rep maxes climb over time, one line each, drawn from the exact weights you logged. Tap a record to show or hide its line, or press and hold to jump straight to the session that set it. (PlatePal Pro) • Name your sessions. Give any session a title like "Bench Cycle · Week 2" and it shows in your timeline in place of the lift list. Leave it blank to keep the automatic name. • Plus a fix so "Jump to record session" lands on the session that first set the record, matching the trophy. Browse your Logbook free. Opening a workout for its set-by-set detail, exact rep-maxes, and the progression graph is PlatePal Pro, a one-time purchase (no subscription). If you already own Pro, it's all included. Thanks for lifting with PlatePal!
