Poor, slow and un-user friendly
This app is very awkward insensitive, most of the time it doesn’t even work. Any time I try to report a bug or seek assistance it fails to connect so I can’t even log a complaint unless I do it via a computer and a website it’s very outdated And gives you minimal control over your watch. I think it’s in serious need of a review.

Never syncs. Wrote for help they never reply.

Watch Does Not Connect to App
I’ve tried connecting my Movado watch to this app hundreds of times and it refuses to connect. It begins connecting and then tells me the pairing was unsuccessful. However the watch for some reason is able to tell the time and day.
Keeps crashing - help!
Just reinstalled after not having used it for a year or two. Using the latest iPhone Pro Max with the latest software, the app just closes out rendering it unusable.
Phone not paring with app
Since receiving this lovely watch as a gift, I still am not able to pair my watch with the app. It just doesn’t work! I have turned my phone on and off, turn the Bluetooth on and off and still nothing. Disappointed.
Watch won’t pair
I have a Movado Horological smart watch and every time I try to connect it it says that it cannot pair. Very frustrating because the time is wrong so I can’t use it.

Watch used to connect, but now NOBODY at Movado will help now that my watch fails

Mondaine smart watch won’t pair
In their defence they have been great and are sending me a replacement (not smart) watch. Good, because this app is awful

Ferragamo F80 not connecting
My ferragamo watch isn’t connecting to the app. The watch is working but stopped connecting to the app. It did in the past but stopped
Great potential, room for improvement, lack of features
The first bug I experienced was during the alignment feature. It would disconnect from the watch while I was calibrating the pointers.
It should have a feature to delete the notifications you get otherwise the pile up. I also tried suggesting bugs in-app but I was unable to do so. My watch is an f-80 ferragamo for reference.

Budget App for a premium watch
So I’ve paid over £350 for a Mondaine smart watch and have to use this App to access the data and keep the watch up to date with firmware and aligning the hands which regularly become unaligned.
Apart from the poor UI design, odd UX and awful notification implementation my main gripe is that it’s recently pushed a firmware update to my watch which has reduced the vibrate function to the point where it is not noticeable which was the only smart function of the watch which I found useful.
The watch is lovely but all the smart features and app are not as good as I’d hoped for.

Won’t connect keeps telling me I need update
It keeps telling me my phone needs to update, should take an estimated six minutes, update complete. But then it will never connect. What is going on??!!
Does what it suppose to do.
I had my watch a FC for about 6 months and it works great.
What’s Missing
I love using the app for sleep and steps. I use it on several devices and would find it useful if I only had to record manual sleeps once. Is it possible to write a manual sleep to the phone so it can be used for other devices. Also, a low battery warning would be nice. After two years, the press and hold to initiate stopped working and was replace with a few jerky movements of the hands. It is in the watch repair waiting for delivery of the unusual battery style. I am hoping a new battery will fix the problem. If there were a low battery warning, this uncertainty would not exist.

Stopped working!’
Terribly disappointed in this app. I have had my compatible watch for several weeks. This was great until it stopped linking to my watch. This is unacceptable with the investment I made in my watch and the dependency on the reliability of this app.

Great app, great watch. Easy to use and tracks what’s important. Also love how easy it resets to different time zones.
Functional and beautiful
Love all of it’s tracking g functions and so impressed by its beautiful appearance as well . Never liked the Fitbit look this is soooo much better !
