Full screen won’t happen
Using the app and every time I try to use it watching a video it would not let me into full screen and the subtitles aren’t there as well.
Fun contents; need an ipad version of the app
There’s been new and fun shows to watch on Mnet Plus now but it would be so much better if I can watch them fullscreen on my ipad! :)
I love the shows!!!
I mostly downloaded for somi but nonetheless it’s good 🤍
Trash
This website is such a scam and a money grab bro… I’ve never seen an awards voting where they make you watch ads and earn points just to vote it’s such a scam

age restrictions
When I downloaded this app it was great for voting and had my age in the range but now the age rating has changed and the app isn’t letting me vote. If it is possible to change the age rating for younger fans to vote (teens) that would be appreciated. Overall great app when I had the eligibility to use it.

absolutely horrible
its just horrible
its alright but not good
im having a lovehate relationship with it. it doesnt let me make an account, doesnt let me do really anything properly and isnt very good
Doesn’t even let me watch
I download mnet plus to watch sumbakkokjil CORTIS which is today 31st July. I tried millions of times to watch it but it wouldn’t let me. I tried putting my settings in Korea and it worked, but when I put it back to English, it froze once again. So overall, they only let you watch it if youre Korean.

真的太卡了，每次总是白屏
It was great for me!
So I got this app today because I wanted to see all the kpop idols because we usually watch it on TV but we usually don’t anymore, so, I got this app on my phone, and as I opened the app it was pretty good in my opinion! They really don’t have long ads and we could watch our favorite idols on our phone how great!
For me there were no glitches and like nothing wrong! But! It is all my opinion in here so if you disagree, then sorry🫶🏻

I don’t like that when you don’t go on the app for a while it logs you out of your account. While I was logged out my points expired as well which I didn’t know was a thing. I don’t understand why they would expire and why users can’t keep their points. It’s very irritating.
Sad 😞
Great to know no videos are available in my country……. don’t recommend this app
Some fans r crazy
Really good app I adore it, idk why all these fans voting 1 star bc their idol didn’t win, but that’s not how it works. The ads are quite annoying but there aren’t too many.
Love this app sm!!

Worst app ever
Straight up scam, they charge you for no reason and give nothing in return. Filled with ads. They steal your information, some weird things on there asw… avoid!
Bad
For such a big company, I don’t understand how the app can be this bad. I’m guessing they’re just working on the monetization the app can do and not how it actually works for users. So many bugs. For some reason, the videos don’t even have controls anymore. There’s an ad that never loads and just gets tuck and never plays.
