I have used the app and found that the reward points that are supposed to be awarded do not show up on the app. I have contacted support several times with no response. I even went to the players desk in a Casino and asked for help. But they tell me they can’t help it has to be the “support team “ so I’m at a loss. Support won’t respond to their help requests I’m not adding any more money to this app
