App Support not available
I have used the app and found that the reward points that are supposed to be awarded do not show up on the app. I have contacted support several times with no response. I even went to the players desk in a Casino and asked for help. But they tell me they can’t help it has to be the “support team “ so I’m at a loss. Support won’t respond to their help requests I’m not adding any more money to this app

Love the app, winning anything has been more difficult with the popularity gained. It would be cool if earned rewards and points could be used in mobile casino as we use in real casino.

I’ve used it for a year or so.All of a sudden it’s not showing the tier total.?Tec needs to fix that on the App.
Very limited
It only shows my tier points. It doesn’t show my promo bonus, entertainment, special promotions… nothing! This is a horrible app. You can’t do anything or see anything on it!
