It used to work but now since iOS 16 and 17 it’s not working 🤦♂️
Devastated
Bought the item from QVC. Transferred 10 years worth of photos and memories. Everything transferred and looked good. Was able to access photos a couple times. A few months later tried to access photos and all folders were empty. I’m devastated that this product was sold and branded as a safe, multi devise way to store memories and now they are all gone!

Pointless and a scam
My mother in law gave me this stupid thing for Christmas and I have mixed feelings. It seems like a good idea but so far I feel like it’s pointless. It might be easier to access when I want to print photos, but I thought the idea was to create more space in my phone and so far I’ve had to download an app that backed up all of my photos, plus now I have some saved on the device. Not sure how this is saving space. If you haven’t gotten the app yet, just send the thing back. It says the app doesn’t see your photos but idk how that’s possible when it copied everything into the app. Also I accidentally deleted a photo, I was trying to remove it from the folder (in app) to move it to another folder, but it just deleted it from the app entirely, so I can’t put it in another folder on the device. It was still on my phone so I made a new folder (on my phone) and the app won’t access that new folder so I can’t transfer it to the device. If I can figure out how to delete the photos from the device I might tell her to send it back. Thank goodness I didn’t back up any documents. It just doesn’t seem secure to me.
Update: the app also deletes photos from your phone’s photo app i feel so stupid for getting this scam app. No way are they not stealing our photos i feel bad for anyone who put documents on here. Tbh they probably accessed mine too and i don’t even know it.
