Devastated
Bought the item from QVC. Transferred 10 years worth of photos and memories. Everything transferred and looked good. Was able to access photos a couple times. A few months later tried to access photos and all folders were empty. I’m devastated that this product was sold and branded as a safe, multi devise way to store memories and now they are all gone!

Pointless and a scam
My mother in law gave me this stupid thing for Christmas and I have mixed feelings. It seems like a good idea but so far I feel like it’s pointless. It might be easier to access when I want to print photos, but I thought the idea was to create more space in my phone and so far I’ve had to download an app that backed up all of my photos, plus now I have some saved on the device. Not sure how this is saving space. If you haven’t gotten the app yet, just send the thing back. It says the app doesn’t see your photos but idk how that’s possible when it copied everything into the app. Also I accidentally deleted a photo, I was trying to remove it from the folder (in app) to move it to another folder, but it just deleted it from the app entirely, so I can’t put it in another folder on the device. It was still on my phone so I made a new folder (on my phone) and the app won’t access that new folder so I can’t transfer it to the device. If I can figure out how to delete the photos from the device I might tell her to send it back. Thank goodness I didn’t back up any documents. It just doesn’t seem secure to me.
Update: the app also deletes photos from your phone’s photo app i feel so stupid for getting this scam app. No way are they not stealing our photos i feel bad for anyone who put documents on here. Tbh they probably accessed mine too and i don’t even know it.

Don’t waste your time with this developer you won’t get any help. I bought the fools disk thumb drive and Chen bailed out of any fixes and/or updates to correct the failure he created. I have a thumb drive that is nothing more then a conversation piece. Where’s the morals in righting your wrong???

No good
It’s disappointing when you see how this works so fast on QVC and when I get it, it does not do it. It does not do exactly how it’s shown on QVC, quick backup, the counting etc. Maybe what I got was a defect. Going back and forth with the help and still I don’t get the results 😡

This was a great purchase off QVC for me, as I found a way to save my contacts and photos. Now, (*this company Datalogixx), “needs to update their equipment” or

Doesn’t work
I ordered product from QVC and when arrived doesn’t work . 800 # admits having problems. No solution offered yet. They said they would send follow up email - but never received.

Awful, useless
I got the triple play device as a gift. After trying to use it with this app, I’m tossing it straight in the trash. The app is so poorly set up and annoying to use, it’s not worth the hassle. Just back up everything to the cloud and save yourself the grief. This is trash.

Received this little life saver for Christmas. I’m not tech savvy at all, however, I was able to install the app and follow the simple instructions and JUST LIKE THAT my photos-videos were safely transferred!

I have an iPhone X and all this app does is hang when I try to start a back up. nothing ever gets backed up.

This app and product has saved my life on many occasions. I ordered my “memory chip” through QVC, it was well worth the price. It’s quick after the initial backup and it gives you a piece of mind. It’s saved all of my precious photos; two births of my children, my husbands swearing in as a police officer, children’s milestones, and many other special occasions backed up by this app. Thank you so much for this product, the piece of mind and photos it has saved are absolutely priceless. I highly recommend getting this product and using the app!

I just wanted an easy way to save my pictures without a hassle and I’m not technical. Bought the triple play device and plugged it in. The app launched. Tapped backup everything. Everything backed up. Just what I needed.

Such a great user friendly app and actually quite essential for saving your pictures, I have over 4000+ photos on my iPad and iPhone alone and it’s so simple to backup and to even transfer to other devices! Such a life saver.
