The irony is; by using the app you’re trying to save about 3% off a gallon of gas just to have the app steal 20% of that🙄

We charge 20% of the refund only when you choose to generate your completed form, and the exact cost is shown before payment. You keep 80% of a refund that may otherwise go unclaimed. If the service is not worth the cost to you, there is no obligation to pay. Payments help keep the app running and allow us to continue providing support.

Great App

Best app ever to get your money back from Missouri fuel tax. Law makers were banking on citizens of Missouri not submitting for the refund for the fuel tax hike a few years back.

Mo gas tax back

I downloaded the app and signed in our cars. Used it once. Went to enter another receipt and I was kicked out of it.
I tried signing back in and it would not allow me to sign in.
I tried forgot password to get signed in. It said I had no account.
I gave up.

Works Great!

I had low expectations for the app, but after my first year of using it to test it, it really does work well! The app itself is basic enough to use with AI help reading receipts. When it comes time to file, the app gives you very specific instructions to file. I received my check within 10 days.

Can’t even submit for refund

Tried sending in for a refund and I paid the 20% fee to do so, $3.90. Didn’t do anything so try to resubmit says I owe another fee, $1 pay it and does nothing cause links are broken. Just got scammed, Give me my money back Ryan!

Can’t even submit for refund

Tried sending in for refund as there is a window of time to do so. It will not accept my last name to submit this. All that work for nothing. UPDATE: Tried it again weeks later and now submit button doesn’t even work to “setup” account.” Pointless!

I couldn’t create an account because of some daily error limit. This was the first time I downloaded the app and tried to create an account.

Why do you only get 4 or 5 pictures per day and why do you have to pay to fill out the form to get your money back?!! Who’s the one that thought ? Makes no sense to have to pay to get our money back

Great customer service!

The app had a little glitch when I was setting up my account. Ryan went above and beyond to help me. I have since used the app with zero problems. So much easier than hanging on to all those receipts!

Minor issues

When entering an address the number pad should automatically come up. Same street names, it only capitalizes the first name not the second. Same for when you enter a city that has 2 names, only the first is capitalized..
When you enter the same gas station, no auto fill. Like I said, little things that are easy to fix.

Hey there, When you enter the same gas station, you can either have the app automatically read the information for you by toggling the "Analyze my receipt for me" option to on. If you prefer not to have your receipt automatically read, there is a dropdown of Frequent Stations you can select from to automatically populate the gas station each time. So you have plenty of options. I'd love to hear more about the capitalization issues you're experiencing, as this is completely new to me. Inconvenient

Filling out all the info on every single fuel purchase is insane. This is 2023. It shouldn’t be this difficult to get the refund.

Hey there, you do not need to fill out the information on every single fuel purchase. When you click the "add receipt" button, there is a switch you can flip to "Analyze my receipt for me". When you take a picture A.I. will pull all the information it can from the receipt to reduce typing. Also, every receipt uploaded has the gas station tracked. If you go to that gas station a lot, it will populate in the Favorite stations dropdown when you add a receipt. You can click the station to quick enter in the information. Very simple to use.
