Connection Error

Can no longer sign in to app just gives a connection error even though I am online making the app useless.

Can’t login

For month I just get a connection error when trying to login even though I’m obviously online

Login Error

Can’t log in. It continues to give me an error.

Unusable

Last few seasons the app has worked great, making it very easy and simple to check permits (the actual site is a nightmare) and also to telecheck deer versus using the phone system. Now, as other reviews have noted, when signing in there is an error every time that states to check my internet connectivity and try again. Changing networks, reinstalling the app, nothing works. What was once an indispensable tool is now functionally useless.

FAQ

What can I do with the MO Hunting app?

The MO Hunting app allows Missouri hunters, anglers, and trappers to purchase, view, and store their annual permits. You can also electronically notch your permit and Telecheck your deer or turkey harvests directly within the application. Additionally, you can view permits purchased in previous years and review details of all deer and turkey you have previously checked.

How do I log in to the MO Hunting app?

To log in to MO Hunting, you will need your 9-digit Conservation Number. This number can be found on the back of your Heritage Card next to the barcode, or on any current or previous permit. If you need further assistance locating your Conservation Number, you can call (573) 751-4115 during regular business hours and ask for the permits office.

Is the MO Hunting app free to use?

Yes, the MO Hunting application is free to download and use. There are no associated costs for using the app itself to manage your permits and report harvests.

Do I need to carry a physical permit if I use the app?

Effective July 1, 2015, Missouri law requires hunters, anglers, and trappers to carry either a signed hard copy or an electronically signed digital copy of their permit while actively engaged in hunting, fishing, or trapping. The MO Hunting app provides a digital copy that can be exhibited to officers upon request.

How do I Telecheck my harvest using the app?

After harvesting a deer or turkey, you can immediately notch the month and date of harvest on your permit within the MO Hunting application. You must then Telecheck your harvest by 10:00 pm on the day of harvest, or prior to leaving the state. You will record the Telecheck confirmation number on your voided permit.
